Introduction The ionic liquid is a new kind of materials with the characteristics[1] of wide electrochemical windows, high conductivity, good thermal and chemical stability, viscosity and structural designother which the traditional materials do not have[2-5].
Reline ionic liquid has the characteristics of with water and air stable, easy to prepare, raw materials readily available and non-toxic, high conductivity, wide electrochemical windows.

However, to date the investigations on the induced magnetization by an applied electric field in the ME materials were seriously absent [6-7].
It helps us to understand the relationship between the ME and CME effect and the nature of the ME coupling, meanwhile it can help us to optimize the design of ME composite materials to get magneto-dependent sensor or wireless electronic controlled magnetic devices and so on.

Temp embrittlement of low alloy ferritic steels such as Cr-Mo steel and Cr-Mo-V steel, which are used for heat-resistant materials of the plant, occurs during long term service at 350 to 550℃.
Electrical resistivity method is useful to distinguish early degradation degree of low alloy ferritic steels, but it is difficult to distinguish the damage degree of long-term aged materials [4].
Magnetic characteristics measurement method is known superior in distinguishing the degradation degree of long-term served materials [5].
