Introduction The ionic liquid is a new kind of materials with the characteristics[1] of wide electrochemical windows, high conductivity, good thermal and chemical stability, viscosity and structural designother which the traditional materials do not have[2-5].
Reline ionic liquid has the characteristics of with water and air stable, easy to prepare, raw materials readily available and non-toxic, high conductivity, wide electrochemical windows.

Recently, the microscopic nano-tribology[12] has received much attention with the continuous development of scientific research on nanometer materials.
Because the friction mechanism is unclear, the friction materials can only be chosen according to experiments so far.
Tomikawa have introduced results of comparison experiments on different friction materials, from which no significant advantage or disadvantage can be seen.
No unified standard has been defined for selection of friction materials for ultrasonic motors of different forms, and there is only some qualitative knowledge about this.
Therefore, the friction materials can only be selected according to experience.

This may be achieved through a directional flow and using highly viscous silicon (thanks to a localized wick), and by keeping the sides of the materials permeable to gas.
This led to composite materials with a thermal conductivity which was four times as high as that of those materials densified via CVI.
