To evaluate the release kinetics, data was fitted to different models.
The characteristic data are summarized in Table 1, which demonstrates the formation of PLGA and letrozole-PLGA nanoparticles with mean diameters less than 800 nm.
The increase in zeta potential value (-21.0±0.6 mV) of letrazole-PLGA nanoparticles compared to that of blank PLGA nanoparticles is due to the reduction in the mobility of PLGA nanoparticles with letrazole encapsulation.
In order to determine the mechanism of drug release from the nanoparticles the dissolution data was fitted to various mathematical models (Eqs.(1), (2) and (3)) described as follows: Zero order model: Mt = M0+ K0t (1) Higuchi model: Mt = M0 +KH t1/2 (2) Korsmeyer-Peppas model Mt = M0 + KKtn (3) where Mt is the amount of drug dissolved in time t, M0 is the initial amount of the drug, K0 is the zero order release constant, KH is the Higuchi rate constant, KK is a release constant and n is the release exponent that characterizes the mechanism of drug release.

Thus, we can divide the inspection areas of concentration into linear zone (single scattering) & exponential region (multiple scattering) through the experiments data.Whereas, the precision of inspection can be up to 0.1‰ among the limit of lower concentration.
Scattering between position rs and ra In the lamella, the total scattering intensity with regard to all the parts of scattering which is at ra is like this: (1) As for  ra  , in the external lamella, all the scattering parts of internal slices can satisfy the equation (1),but: (2) But equation (2) is put into equation (1); it can be gained the total light intensity which is besides the lamella.: (3) If in the equation (3) zs is carried out the integral, we can gain: (4) Due to the mica-particle size is more than wavelength concerning the inspected mica-pulp; each particle can meet the diffraction & scattering theorem of Fraunhofer, its scatteredlight is major appeared in the fore-angleθ, andθ≈0.So we can think that equation (4): (5) (6) As for the graph of equation (6), you can check out Figure6 [8] : Fig 6 Logarithm curve of scattering intensity According to the above reductions
It is essential to do experiments concerning the precision of optics inspections for mica-pulp at the low concentrations, because the concentration of mica-pulp is about 3‰.As for India white mica, Urumqi white mica and Urumqi bronze mica, their concentrations are from0-6‰.You can check out Figure10-12: Concentration/% Voltage/v Fig 10 Concentration curve of muscovite pulp Concentration/% Voltage/v Fig 11 Concentration curve of muscovite pulp Voltage/v Concentration/% Fig 12 Concentration curve of phlogopite pulp From the experiments data, we can know that the precision of laser inspection can be up to 0.1‰, and linearity is good, it also meet the needs concerning mica-pulp at the low concentration.
As for the experiments data and the anomalisms of multiple scattering, this dissertation will not discuss clearly.

Based on a 3D solid model created with the CAD-system-compatible software SolidWorks, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of the Furnace frame structure was carried out, which provided easily utilized data for the successive manufacturing processes as well as near-instantaneous feedbacks to designing process.
The model of double-vertical-column is created with SolidWorks, which has powerful 3D modeling functionalities and the data exchange utility to enable seamless integration of CAE system, the other consideration of this selection is the substantial modeling efficiency, especially in process of 3D modeling [6, 8].
The rib is 20mm thick, Q235A steel, and the new structure achieves the maximum stress reduction by 27%, the maximum displacement by 47%, but no significant change of patterns of stress distribution are observed in the new design based on the FEA calculation.
The obtained lower 4-order modal shapes are shown in Fig. 5 Table 2 The lower 4-order frequencies and shapes Mode Order Frequency/Hz Modal shape 1 2 3 4 2.99 3.89 12.02 23.2 X, bending Y, bending Bending Bending Conclusions 1) The designing process of key structure of Electrical Slag Founding Furnace (ESFF) was presented, where both the static, stress distribution and stiffness, and dynamic properties, such as eigen- frequency, modal shapes, were calculated with COSMOS/Works based on the a 3D model created with SolidWorks. 2) FEM analysis was carried with the 3D model created directly with SolidWorks, the calculated results provide near-instantaneous data for quick evaluation of static and dynamic properties of the new design, which is one of the key processes in agile manufacturing, concurrent engineering and CSCW paradigms.

The calculation results are shown in Table 3 after the data are substituted into the formula.
The research on carbon emission from lithium battery recycling stage is made on basis of the greenhouse gas emission data in various stages of life cycle as simulated and estimated under Ecoinvent and SimaPro database.
Table 6 Comparison of comprehensive energy consumption and carbon emission of five electric vehicles Code i/Model Coal consumption per 00km mi(kg) Carbon dioxide emission per 100km Qi(kg) 1/ BMW i3 6.553 17.3 2/ Nissan Leaf 7.593 19.938 3/ Mini E 8.674 22.806 4/ Roewe 350 EV 6.074 15.949 5/ BYD E6 11.934 31.288 Substitute the above data into the average comprehensive energy consumption formula: QavgEV is a mean of comprehensive carbon dioxide emission per 100 km; mavg is a mean of comprehensive coal consumption per 100 km
In addition, it is shown from the data of battery production stage: battery weight is directly proportional to battery energy consumption and carbon emission.

Promising results were obtained using a yield strength model based on a thermallyactivated slip process that rationalizes the data. 1.
A strong reduction of the flow stress at higher temperature is observed for the low strain rate (Fig. 3).
The full lines represent the double kink nucleation model, the markers are the experimental data at low strain rate (bright markers, lowest model line ~2.10 -4 s-1) and medium strain rate (dark markers, upper model line ~5. 10-2 s-1).
Note that other formulations than Eq. 2 could also be used without any difficulty as far as they represent the experimental data.
A reasonable agreement could be found between the model and our experimental data (see Fig. 5) but additional work is in progress to reliably rely on such a model.

Firstly, NDT scan matching overcome difficulties in data association.
We use filtering methods proposed in [9] to modify the data in order to enhance the quality of each scan, typically containing 181 data points.
The data reduction, used for Gaussian noise, works as follows: the scanner emits the laser beams in a spherical way, such that the data points close to the source are denser.
Multiple data points located close together are joined into one point.
NDT of laser scan data The algorithm measures the fitness of a particular pose by evaluation the PDFs at all points of the data scan.

In 2003, the British government proposed greenhouse gas emission reduction targets in the < Energy White Paper> that in 2050, they will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 60% at 1990 levels, and establish a low-carbon economy society.
Data This paper selects data sample of years 1990-2011, and the data of energy consumption and GDP is from the China Statistical Yearbook.
We use data’s logarithmic form to eliminate heteroscedasticity.
We make ADF test of the data before establishing VAR model, we find that all variables are integrated of order one at the 5% significance level, so it is reasonable to establish the VAR model.
