The aforementioned analysis [6] may not be appropriate for such materials, since the weaker outer layer will evidently reyield in compression when sheet tension is removed.
The analysis examined the behaviour of single and double sided clad materials, highlighting the unique springback characteristics of each.
The results presented here indicate that accurate models of springback for Alclad aluminium require information on the residual stresses and the strengths of the core and clad materials.

Dimethyl ether utilized the intermolecular infiltration to break the chemical cross-linking of rubber materials, and extracted the packing from rubber materials to reduce the performance of the materials.
Compared with other rubber materials, this material showed good corrosion resistance in DME medium

Raw materials and equipment The raw materials of dynamic experiments in lab are mainly industrial pure iron, 75 ferrosilicon and boron oxide, and the asistant material are the lime, magnesia and fluorite, etc.
The chemical components of all kinds of materials were shown in Table 1 and Table 2.
The raw materials and reaction things were measured with X-ray diffraction device.
For boron oxide reducing areaction, the existing materials containing silicon mainly are Si, SiB6 and CaSiO3 in slag [8~9], and other materials containing silicon are very few.

By applying the topology optimization method to the design process of the HTM series machining center, the utilization of materials will be improved and the production costs will be reduced.
Introduction With the development of mechanical science, the new demands on the mechanical design is how to improve the utilization of materials and reduce the manufacturing costs of the machine.
Its core idea is an imaginary variable density material introduced artificially whose relative density is correspond to the elastic modulus of the material.
