In 21 century, the technology of concrete engineering is getting ahead, the engineering environment is becoming more complicate and the application is extending; therefore, the demand of concrete materials is also higher than before.
Using silica fume partial replace the cement can make up high strength concrete, low heat concrete, which can be used in bulk mass concrete engineering.

Abstract.
Bridge engineering concrete’s Freeze-thaw damage is the main durability diseases which take place in the service process of north China.
Introduction Endurance of civil engineering in freezing and thawing condition becomes the hot point of the subject.
Now, there are dissidences in the freeze-thaw durability of concrete structure in actual engineering both here and abroad.The paper refer the test results and available norm, set the maintenance-free life of dynamic elastic modulus loss ratio(%) 40 as the criterion of freeze-thaw maintenance-free life.
Conclusion The north east stage of Song Hua River Bridge of the high way circling Harbin City is the Important JCT of Harbin Region, therefore the endurance of concrete in freezing and thawing condition becomes the hot point of the engineers and technicians
