The RHA was further calcined in the laboratory using muffle furnace at controlled temperature of 450°C for four hours in order to ensured that the samples are completely ashed, as this also allowed for further evaporation of volatile compounds leaving the sample more purified.

The aim of the work was to study the stress corrosion cracking of structural low-alloy steels of traditional grades 09G2S 17G1S, as well as new (improved) grades 20А and 08 KhMChA. 2 Main Part Research methods and materials.
This is due to the fact that chromium provides increased corrosion resistance due to the enrichment of the grain surface with chromium atoms and the formation of compounds that protect the metal from contact with an aggressive environment.
In addition, alloying steel with cerium, which is toxic to sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB), thus preventing bacterial corrosion.
It is accepted that alloying steel with Cu, Cr, Nb, V or Ni allows to reduce the hydrogen content in the metal and thereby reduce the rate of corrosion.

In the case of noble metal catalysts, the activity of palladium based materials appears to close to that of platinum, whereas in the case of non-noble metal electrocatalysts, transition metal chalcogenides and pyrolysed macrocylcic compounds have been widely studied [144].
To improve the catalytic activity of Pd, various bimetallic Pd alloys such as PdCo, Pd-Au, Pd-Ni has been employed [180].
Two major transition metal chalcogenides based on structure have been explored as electrocatalysts for ORR: chevrel phase-type compounds (e.g., Mo4Ru2Se8 [211]) and amorphous phase compounds (e.g., RuxMoySez, RuxSy [213-216]).Chalcogenides can catalyze both 2-electron and 4-electron O2 reduction, depending on the catalysts used.
Further, a recent study on chalcogen-free RuNx chelate compounds [218, 219] has demonstrated comparable catalytic activity and selectivity to Pt-based catalysts for fourelectron oxygen reduction in acidic media.

This involves design of technological algorithms specific to construction and supporting industries, by fast and efficient interaction to all stakeholders, directly or indirectly connected to the outcomes of the study: - The academic and research media; - The entrepreneurs (main market or support market, as well); - The users (clients: the business-to-business (B2B) type of costumer, namely the industry and also business-to-consumer (B2C) as end-users of the products or services); - The suppliers; - The social, economic, and political compounds, local and central authorities.
Presently, these methods find application in the processing of various materials, including aluminum, alloys, stainless steel, and general metal products.

Therefore many kinds of pretreatment methods have been developed to avoid the use of chromates, including inorganic inhibitors like molybdates, permanganates, vanadates, and tungstates, or adhesion promoters like fluozirconates, fluotitanates, organosilanes, WPU, etc. [5-13] Recently, a corrosion resisting surface-treated solution for galvanized steel sheet, in which a base coating essentially formed from a silicate compound, fluorometallate anions, a phosphate anions and organic resin, has been developed and put into practice in many iron and steel factories.
So an environmental friendly passive films based on organic polymer and inorganic corrosion inhibitor can be designed, in which organic polymer is selected to form networks and act as the guarantee for the film´s adhesion and strength and inorganic compound is selected to act as corrosion inhibitor like Cr6+.
That is the main aim in present work.

Iron-based alloys (steel and cast iron) are currently the main structural materials that provide a high level of mechanical and technological properties along with a relatively low cost.
Additionally, the MA allows you to planning ceramic particles of all metals, which further increases the wettability. [3] To modify the alloys mainly used compositions with a tungsten content of 50 ... 80% in terms of WC.
