Abstract.
It is seen that film growth proceeds by nucleation of islands, which subsequently coagulate to cover the entire substrate surface and show a dense structure (Volmer-Weber mode) .This probably due to the orientated moving of Zn 2+ ions under the electric field force during the electrodeposition process.

Abstract: Aiming at the installation angle measuring requirement of cylinder rod located at some kind of laser target for inertial confinement fusion, a non-contact five-coordinate measuring machine is exploited and built.
Its size, structure and chemical composition have a direct impact on the absorption and coupling of laser, as well as the uniformity and symmetry of implosion fusion during the course of shooting the laser target.
