In order to understand the physical basis of EDMR as well as the data displayed in this paper, it is constructive to explain, in part, magnetic resonance.
EDMR spectra showing (a) generation of center “B” during elevated temperature stress at various temperatures and (b) the reduction of center “B” after the temperature stress was removed.
The EDMR signal reduction is qualitatively consistent with BTI recovery phenomena.

The reduction in eff due to electron irradiation, which called "Carrier
Removal", can be explained with the following equation [8];
( )0,

, exp eff c
eff
eff R
 Φ−
=Φ , (1)
where eff,0 and eff,Φ are the effective dopant concentrations before and after irradiation (Φ means
electron fluences).
By fitting Eq. 1 to the data, the value of Rc is estimated to 0.4 cm-1.
Since the reduction of 6-7 % for CCE unintentionally occurs due to (1) Auger carrier recombination [9], (2) energy loss by nuclear scattering, (3) energy loss in the Al contact and the n+ region, and (4) loss in the measurement circuit, we can say that the CCE of 93 % obtained in this study is enough high and SiC n+p diodes are suitable as particle detectors.

Out of the chemical
composition examinations with the use of the EDS dispersive radiation spectrometer as well as
literature data, one can conclude that it is the Mg2Si compound which, when precipitating, increases
the hardness of castings.
Heat treatment contributes to improvement of mechanical properties, yield point and hardness with the slight reduction of the elongation.
The different heat treatment kinds employed contributed to the improvement of mechanical properties of the alloy with the slight reduction of its plastic properties (Table 3).

The characterization consisted of phase identification, crystallite size and lattice parameter from
the data collected in a X-ray diffractometer (XRD-6000 Shimadzu, Radiation of Cu Ka, 40 KV and
30 mA).
It was verified that the increase in Eu 3+ concentration caused a discreet reduction in the a = b and c parameters.
However, for the sample with 0.03 of Eu 3+ , probably the Eu 3+ ions segregated forming second phase in larger amount and this give a discreet reduction in the c axis when compared with pure ZnO.

In addition, employing a low-temperature sol-gel process contributes to a reduction in production costs, which aligns with environmentally friendly and low-carbon objectives.
For a clearer observation of the trend in the PL intensity with respect to various Eu2+ doping concentrations, Fig. 4 plots the data.
Additionally, a conspicuous reduction in PLE intensity was observed upon the incorporation of PEG and citric acid, as illustrated in Fig. 5(b).

The FFT of the HRTEM images is used to periodicities and to extract structural data from the image while ignoring noise.

The pressure from energy conservation and emission reduction as well the appearance of power load shortages encourages China to greatly advocate generating power through green energy.

Of course, for the values of entropy EN and super entropy He, it needs more data for modification so as to improve the objectivity of the evaluation in a better way.

Full densification of Fe-40wt%Ni nanopowder by pressureless sintering
In order to investigate the full densification of nanopowder, Fe-40wt%Ni nanopowder was prepared by reduction of ball-milled oxide powders in a controlled hydrogen atmosphere [7].
Fe-8wt%Ni nano- powder was prepared in the same process of H2 reduction of ball-milled oxide powder.
The experimental data of Vickers hardness are summarized and compared with those of conventional grained Fe-8wt%Ni (>30 mm) in Table 1.

Motivation
Along with the 4H-SiC Schottky rectifiers, which already have found a niche in the commercial
market, 4H-SiC PiN diodes are expected to play an enabling and vital role in the design of future
commercial and military hardware resulting in a large reduction in the size, weight, and cost of the
power conditioning system [1].
Use of a thin base region allows for the reduction of switching losses by having a shorter lifetime without compromising forward drop.
From the comparison of the simulation results and the CV data obtained on a test sample, ~70% post-anneal activation of aluminum was expected.
