Certainly, future will build more adequate systems using metallic materials, but until they are properly prepared, we will continue to rely on metals and alloys for an increasing number of surgeries involving prosthesis implantation.
On the rod under fractographic stereo macroscopic review a number of issues were highlighted, as can be seen in Figures 4 ÷ 6.
The material of the investigation conducted hip stem is relatively inhomogeneous, consisting of biphasic structure: a solid solution (unattacked islands arranged evenly in the matrix or has intergranular dispersion at the grain boundaries); and β solid solution, presented throughout the metal matrix, as metalographic form of contested islands.
On macroscopic stereo rod under review were highlighted a number of issues fractographic.

Abrasive in lubricating oil is the important information carrier of wear state, which directly reflects the number of material losses of the friction pair and the form of wear.
The number of particles in the oil sample can be measured by measuring the induced voltage in the coil [6].
Each oil sample will be measured 10 times, then calculate the average of the 10 measurements, which is the number of abrasive in the oil sample.
The influencing factors analysis of the magnetic texture of multi-component granular materials If the proportion of Ni and Fe is 1:3, under the condition of non-magnetization, the fitting curve of the PQ and the weight of grains is shown in Fig.6, with a slope of 507 755 (PQ / mg).

The foam replication method has a number of advantages over other fabrication methods, such as the ability to produce foams with a highly porous structure with adjustable pore dimensions.
The wrought CoCrMo alloys exhibit superior mechanical and chemical properties compared with the cast alloys due to a finer grain size and more homogenous microstructure [6].
The number of closed pore in the CoCrMo foam produced were decreased with the increasing of CoCrMo composition [8].
In order to have similar microstructure as natural bone, the number of closed pore should be minimized.

Table 1 Experiment scheme Sample number A1 A2 A3 B1 B2 B3 B4 Silica Sol : dextrin 1:1 2:1 3:1 aluminium dihydrogen phosphate : CMC 1:1 2.5:1 4:1 5.5:1 Results and analysis Figure 1 Test result of the Bulk density Figure 2 Test result of permeability and porosity rate Figure 3 Test result of compressive strength Figure 4 Test result of thermal shock resistance A2 B1 B2 A1 Figure 5 Composite samples using different binder scanning electron micrograph Figure 1 shows the Bulk density of ceramics With different multiple binders .It can be seen from Figure 1 that with the Sol: dextrin ratio or aluminum phosphate: CMC ratio increases, the foam bulk density slightly increased, and reach peak value the Bulk densityand , then decrease with Sol: dextrin ratio or aluminum phosphate: CMC ratio increased.
Silica and dextrin ratio of 1:1, due to sintering produced a large number of cracks and crack, so the thermal shock resistance is poor; ratio of 2:1, the sintered sample and even fewer cracks, thermal shock resistance better; ratio of 3:1, the cracking more, and because adding an excessive amount of silica sol, the excess has become cristobalite SiO2 phase high-Wen Shisheng, and cristobalite in high-temperature crystalline transition occurs when a large volume change, leading to poor performance of the filter temperature.
By comparing Figure (B1) and (B2) can be seen: sample B1 (aluminum phosphate: CMC 1:1) in the glass phase are more crystalline particles larger, so the specimen compressive strength and thermal shock stability performance is poor; sample B2 (aluminum phosphate: CMC 2.5:1) in the small glass phase, crystal grains smaller, so the specimen compressive strength and good thermal shock resistance and other properties.
Conclusion In summary, according to the experiments and analysis we can draw the following conclusions: 1 using aluminum dihydrogen phosphate-CMC as a binder preparation of alumina-based ceramic foam, its overall performance is better than using the sol - dextrin as a binder prepared sample. 2. the types and proportions of composite Binder hanging pulp properties and sintering of alumina bubble ceramic appearance and density have a greater impact, has little effect on the rate of porosity and permeability. 3 When the aluminum phosphate-CMC ratio of 2.5:1, the best overall performance can be prepared by the alumina-based ceramic foam, the compressive strength of 1.697MPa, five times the number of thermal shock; for sol - dextrin, a ratio of 2:1 can be prepared the best overall performance of alumina-based ceramic foam, the compressive strength of 0.974MPa, thermal shock 4 times.

A number of papers have reported on the thermoelastic stress in growing crystals using mathematical calculation methods [3, 4].
In general, SiC crystals are grown in convex thermal distribution environment toward the growth direction, and in case of larger lateral expansion, stronger convex distributions are crucial in order to maintain single polytype growth as well as to suppress disturbance of the single crystal growth, i.e. polycrystalline grain formations [9, 10].

In recent years, the studies on removing the inclusions in molten metals, grain refining, preparing new materials under ultrasonic irradiation have been carried out[2-4].It is important to measure the cavitation fields to the scientific research and judging of the performance of ultrasonic vibration systems and ultrasonic process effect.
It can also be seen from Fig.3 that with ultrasonic power increaseing, sound intensity increases, the cavitation becomes more intensive, the number of blue spots also increased at the antinode, In addition, the difference between shades of color dye pattern decreases, indicating that the surface disturbance caused by cavitation strong, and standing wave was damaged to some extent.
As the power increased, the liquid sound pressure increased, while gathered impetus of bubbles is more large, and the number of cavitation bubbles also increased, which indicates that with increaseing of ultrasonic power, ultrasonic cavitation effect is more apparent.
(4) As the power increases, the number of bubbles generated increased, cone area expand, the velocity of the cavitation bubble accelerated, ladle stirring effect was improved.

These numbers of dark brown colour patches were more on 4140 side than on 304 side.
With further increase in number of cycles, the whole scale turned to dark brown colour.
The plots of cumulative weight gain (mg/cm2) as a function of time (number of cycles) for electron beam weldment exposed at a temp of 800 ºC in (K2SO4-60% NaCl) up to 50 cycles are shown in Fig 3.
It should be due to changes in reaction rate which are associated with the formation of a laminated inner-oxide layer made up of fine and coarse grain spinel oxide [3, 4].

The actual movement of the pipe network should be subject to Keqihuofu first law (continuity equation), that the flow of any node is zero: (1) Formula for k branch flow, rn3/ s, the sign is positive according to flow into the node number, out of node negative number, ..., J-1, the first of which J has been selected as reference nodes or reference nodes in the node, N is the number of branches; as an independent loop matrix elements, when = 1, that node and the endpoint of k out of the branch node; = -1, that is k i nodes and branches out to the end node; when = 0, the i-node is not a branch of the endpoints k: Will (1) can be written in matrix form as: (2) Among them, the elements of matrix A.
