This thesis discusses feasibility of establishing ‘Urban Tunnels’ in the major Civil Engineering, including employment situation of Civil Engineering, integration with the demands of Zhejiang Province and Hangzhou City, misplaced development with other colleges and universities and the features of students majoring in civil engineering.
The Department of Civil Engineering, Zhejiang University City College originally established two majors, i.e., Constructional Engineering and Engineering Management.

Abstract.
‘Simulation of Civil Engineering’ is a ‘3+1’ special courses for the department of civil engineering, The students have difficulty in this study because of many related courses and lacking of time.
Introduction Civil Engineering Department currently open ‘3+1’ special course named ‘Civil Engineering Simulation’ of 2 credits and 32 hours.
According to the existing situation, based on the model of CDIO engineering education, the Civil Engineering Department proposes a single course can establish three projects.
Currently, the project has been approved by the department of civil engineering, and the first round of the curriculum practices team has been formed, including 9 students which has formed three teams.

IV The Safety Education Condition of Civil Engineering in Universities A survey of several universities in He Nan province that set up civil engineering major for undergraduates shows that no specialized curriculum is opened for civil engineering majors.
If we analogy the university curriculum arrangement of civil engineering in He Nan to the whole country, we will be sure the current civil engineering professional education of safety production is far from enough.
V The Curriculum Arrangement of Civil Engineering Safety 5.1 Arrangement Principles of Civil Engineering Safety At present, the civil engineering professional backbone courses include the basic theories of engineering mathematics, engineering mechanics, fluid mechanics,structural engineering,and geotechnical engineering as well as professional basic theories of civil engineering surveying, design, construction and management.
