The main processing object is the nonlinear optical material, KDP crystal [16].
The material properties are indicated in Table 1.
Table 1 Material properties Part Material Density (t/mm3) Elastic modulus (MPa) Poisson's ratio spindle, tool steel 7.8× 10-9 2.1× 105 0.3 bed, guide, table marble 2.6× 10-9 0.55× 105 0.27 Considering the micro vibration amplitude, material nonlinearity can be neglected for the small deformation.

The bridge life was divided into 5 stages: bridge design, raw materials processing, construction, operation, and demolition.
Results show that major environmental impact appears during raw materials processing and construction.
Negative environmental impacts mainly show in the raw materials production stage, the construction stage and the abandonment stage, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation scores of which are 40.03, 49.75 and 54.4.

Introduction
The theory of viscoelastic foundation beam can describe the physical nature of materials better than the theory of elastic foundation beam, and some important mechanical phenomena such as structural creep, relaxation and damping can be reflected in static and dynamic research[1], so the theory of visco- elastic foundation beam is more and more valued by people.
