The cavities inside the panel can be filled with various materials, such as concrete or insulation materials to serve different purposes, such as to increase the strength or the thermal and sound insulation of the walls[1,2,3,4].
This paper based on microcosmic mechanics rectangle model educed equivalent shear stiffness on the premise of equal strain, which is beneficial to one structure consists of more than two materials differed greatly in stiffness.

Researchers have identified many reasons for delays in construction projects, most of the important reasons identified in the last decade from these studies as causes of this delay included poor management, financial difficulties by contractor, change orders by client during construction [1-5], shortage of labours, mistakes and discrepancies in design documents [2, 4, 5, 6, 7], delay in payments by client and delay in delivery of materials to site [4, 5, 8, 9, 10].
The overall ranking of most important factors of causes of delays, their effects and effective methods of minimizing delay on construction projects was obtained by the mean rank score (Ms) by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 18 .
