The structure phase of the as-synthesized sample is known to be layered titanate.
This concise hydrothermal method could create 2-dimensional structured nanomaterials from Indonesian local minerals.
Titanite compounds with a layered structure are generally detected at small diffraction angles of about 2θ = ~10°[17].
The ilmenite mineral has a granular structure with diameters ranging from 160 to 400 μm.

The results indicated that the ZnS nanocrystals have cubic zinc blende structure and diameter is 3.68 nm as demonstrated by XRD.
The changes in the electronic structure as a function of particle size (quantum size effects) are intriguing and have stimulated fundamental research on various types of nanocrystalline semiconductors.
To obtain nanometer-sized particles, a variety of methods have been proposed, including microemulsion method [7], sol–gel processing [8], competitive reaction chemistry method [9].

In some cases special alloys chemistries were designed, in order to test their behaviour in specific conditions: Al content and association with inoculating elements; La use as a rare earth element; Al, Ti, FeSiZr or Al,Zr,Ca-FeSi alloys as preconditioners; oxy-sulphide forming elements alloy (S, O, Al, Ca, Mg and others), alone or with the conventional commercial inoculant.
Experimental data included the characterization of compounds as possible graphite nucleation sites [presence of simple or complex compounds, chemistry and elements distribution on the section, size, shape factors, count etc].
Research programme IX [Table 1] evaluated the effects of Fe-powder additions on the structure of slightly hypereutectic grey cast irons (CE=4.3-4.5%).
Simultaneous 0.005 - 0.01%Al and (%Mn) x (%S) = 0.03 - 0.06 conditions appear to be favourable for a structure without carbides and undercooled graphite.
*O, S, Si, Mn, Al, Zr, Ca, Sr, La, Ti elements appear to have specific distribution patterns along a cross-section of these duplex structure (Mn,X)S compounds.

One should note that the stability of oxidation state is very important in the surface chemistry of gas sensors, as they control both the types of defects that may be formed easily and the type of chemisorption that may take place.
In the nano-size structures it reduces the modulation limits of the position of the Fermi level and leads to a sharp increase in the sensing material resistance.
Studies have shown that the crystallographic structure of the metal oxides does not play a fundamental role.
Metal oxides used in gas sensors may have a cubic, hexagonal, rutile, orthorhombic and tetragonal structures [4].

The system's morphology shows a rough surface with bundles of MWCNTs wrapped in PEDOT: PSS polymer to generate a highly porous structure.
Figure 4 (c, d,e,f) shows the nanofiber structure of the PEDOT: PSS/MWCNT nanocomposites with 2.5, 4 and 5 wt.% MWCNTs at 200 and 500 nm.
Additionally, the lengthy, hollow tube structure has been retained.
When Ea increases, additional energy is needed to move the charges inside the structure.
