Reactive powder concrete (RPC) can be produced from ordinary materials (cement, very fine aggregate "0.15-0.6" mm, low water-cement ratio), in addition to other materials (Silica Fume, Superplasticiser, steel fibers) [2, 7].
Material Properties The materials in present study are reactive powder concrete and smeared reinforcement which is represented by steel fibers.
The reactive powder concret is produced from ordinary materials (cement, very fine aggregate, low water-cement ratio) , as well as to additional materials (Silica Fume, Superplasticiser) to be the maximum particle size of materials is 0.6 mm.

To overcome this problem, heterostructure MOSFET with other semiconducting materials to increase the layer density and carried mobility are required.
However, there are limitation in the choice of materials compatible with Silicon (Si) technology.

Actually, bio oil contains many compounds, such as hydroxyl acetone, furfural, phenols, levoglucosan, etc., some of which are the important intermediate product for food, medicine or the other materials.
In order to obtain advantage materials, people have tried many approaches to transform the bio mass into some certain species, which are mainly phenols and carbon acids [2-4].
Methods Raw Material.

Usually the frequency range of explosive vibration signal is 5 ~ 300 Hz, but because of the small-scale test conditions, single detonator and stiff concrete material et al, all of that could result in short duration time and high frequency.

The synroc materials are obtained by the method of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS)[5-7].
Raw material.
The chemical stability of the materials obtained was determined by the rate of the Sr,Ti and Cr ions leaching form the samples into the distilled water at 90℃.
The microstructures of the strontium titanate -based materials obtained by the reaction are shown in Figs.4 .It shows that the Strontium titanate phase is seen to be irregular gray tetragons (Fig4a ).

However, whatever the orientation procedure, quantifying the texture quantitatively is often a problem in such ceramic materials, mainly due to the presence of amorphous phases.
Experimental Materials.
Raw disks were then dried between 2 flat and porous materials to sinter them using a 5°C/min heating rate and a maximum temperature of 1410°C maintained during 2h.
The centrifugation process can then exhibit reasonably good capabilities to orient mullite needles in materials from clay mineral suspensions, at least at levels comparable to the ones induced using moderate uniaxial pressures.
