Shell-core type TiP2O7-based electrolytes were synthesized by a low-temperature sol-gel method,
and their conductivities were investigated by ac-impedance spectroscopy.
The conduction mechanism based on a shell-core structure was presented [11,12].

Being free from the electricity and chemistry performance of material, ultrasonic machining has
special significance to the brittle and nonconducting engineering ceramics material.
The structure has gone through interference examining in the process of assembling and both the physical design and the dimension proved reasonable.
