Introduction Steel bonded carbide is a kind of composite materials which the steel as binder phase, refractory metal carbides (titanium carbide, tungsten carbide) as hard phase.
The infiltration casting method is used for many times in development and application of composite materials for the steel substrate preparation more [9].

Results indicate that processing with bar-stock as the blank will be better than that with stepped shafts in case of forming quality and volume of raw material, but requires larger forming force.
Most of the domestic enterprises take modular, semi-modular approaches and the crank and the journal are forged respectively.
Fig.1 Schematic diagram of full-grain-flow forging process 1.Crank throw 2.Crank journal 3.Main journal Characterized by continuous fiber and a reasonable distribution of the crankshaft, full fiber upset-bending forging technology greatly improves the crankshaft fatigue strength, increases metal utilization, reduces production cost, and is superior to freedom forging.
Among them, TR upset-bending forging process has been extensively used in making heavy crankshaft at home and abroad, because the continuous grain flow upset-bending process improve significantly the fatigue, material usage and machining productivity.

Composite materials are used in aerospace structures due to their considerable bending stiffness and strength-to-weight ratio.
This is less than the compressive strength of the material (697 MPa).

While the second type suggests that making arranged layers in each part already separated according to the materials.
From the point of composite materials, this article intends to use the layered-shell element method to simulate the multi-ribbed composite panel.
All of the materials are supposed to be isotropic.
Due to the isotropic property of the materials, the concrete and the blocks can be regarded as one layer respectively.
