Benefits include: 1) new designs not possible using conventional subtractive technology, 2) dramatic savings in time, materials, wastage, energy and other costs in producing new components, 3) significant reductions in environmental impact, and 4) faster time to market.
A high energy laser beam scans the powder bed and melts the powder according to the sliced CAD data file to produce the final part.
Preliminary tensile test results carried out on both horizontally (length aligned with layer structure) and vertically built samples (cross-section aligned with layer structure) are listed in Table 1 together with data from extruded baseline specimens and AMS standards for both forged/annealed and laser deposited parts.
Input Data.
SLM technology will replace many of the traditional manufacturing methods in the future as 1) more data becomes available on the properties of designed manufactured structures and 2) productivity increases with increasing laser powers.

In this paper, an ultra-fine grained AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet with grain size less than
3µm was generated by three-run accumulative roll bonding of as cast alloy at a deformation
temperature of 350°C and a reduction of 80% for each pass.
The ARB process, as illustrated in [17], was always carried out at 350 °C and reduction of 80% using a rolling machine equipped with two 300mm in diameter rollers that rotate at 48 rpm.
The tensile flow stress curve was recorded by a digital controlled data acquisition system.

For reduction of 5α-reductase activities, concentration of CT extract at 0.05 mg/mL exhibited highest 5-reductase type-1 inhibition activity on the DU-145 cell line at 89.96% of the control, higher than standard finasteride (31.39%) and dutasteride (38.58%).
Reduction in the expression of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGFβ1) as the signaling molecule that inhibits epithelial cell growth was also reported [3-5].
Data were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) for differences between treatments followed by the Bonferroni post-hoc test (SPSS, Chicago, IL, USA).

.% ODA unabled to enhance the capacity of CO2 captured due to pore blockage and reduction in SG pore surface, thus hindered the physisorption between CO2 and SG.
This data are being obtained at an altitude of 3400 m in the northern subtropics and might be different with the globally averaged CO2 concentration at the surface.
Reduction in capacity of CO2 captured was due to the filling of SG pores with the ODA molecules that added on the SG surface.

The data for the empirical investigation of the model were obtained through a field
study.
Prior to data collection, the survey instrument was pre-tested for content validity in two stages.
As noted above, the data set did not contain any categorical variables.
Factor analysis was considered as a data reduction step prior to regression analysis.

The luminous efficacy and color rendering index (CRI) reduce with power reduction because of the decrease of spectral continuum.
Thus 27 groups of effective data were obtained with a step of 10 W when lamp power ranged from 100 W to 250 W.
It can be predicted that the lamp voltage will continually drop with further increased power according to the two groups data obtained at 250 W.

The model results are in excellent agreement with the experimental data.
There is serious decreasing amplitude of axial concentration of H2S during the initial stage, but it slows down at half of the length and a great reduction of H2S concentration in radial direction with the increase of the length.

Hydroforming process is used for obtaining different kinds of sheet metal components in an economic manner in terms of time and costs reduction and increase of the product quality.
Based on the experimental data a numerical model was designed.
The data of the profiles has been generated on a notepad file, and then exported to excel.

We analyze the different scheduling strategies by the collected data.
Speer (Static Peer): a static node deployed as data source in the system.
Speer provides data service and the object is other Speer and Dpeer.
We defined a request as ask for a particular piece of data.
This is due to the higher code rate the larger data flow is.
