X-ray diffraction data was collected using an X-ray diffractometer (BRUKE D8 ADVANCE) with Cu Kαradiation at a step of 0.02 in the range 2θ= 20°to 60°.
In order to identify the crystalline structural distortion, Rietveld refinement has been performed using the precise XRD data.
The measured spectra fitted data very well.
The high leakage current density in un-doped BFO thin film originate mainly from the reduction in Fe3+ species to Fe2+ creates oxygen vacancies for charge compensation and in turn it increases the conductivity.

In the case of SiO2/Si structures, the data are well fitted by a straight line with slope of 1.00 regardless of the oxidation temperature, verifying the relative permittivity of SiO2 on Si to be 3.91.
Although the data for SiO2/SiC structures can also be fitted linearly, the slope is found to be 1.11.
Although the density of thermal oxides on Si was reported to decrease with increasing oxidation temperature [5], the data obtained for SiO2/Si(001) structures oxidized at both 1000 and 1150°C were well fitted by a straight line.
This reduction in relative permittivity is probably due to the reduced density of the oxide film resulting from the complex oxidation mechanisms inherent to SiC.

The salinity monitoring data at different depths of solar pond indicated that the salt gradient of solar pond is more stable in the early running.
Meanwhile, in order to validate the accuracy of the testing data, the salinities of the solution were determined by using titration analysis method.
The data were measured and recorded daily.
It has been observed that the smaller the thickness of LCZ, the greater the reduction in the solution concentration of the interface between LCZ and NCZ of solar pond.

Fig.4 Testing on high adhesion Fig.5 Testing on low adhesion The test vehicle equipped with common four seasons tire, ignites the basic parameters in the following table: Parameter[unit] Value Parameter[unit] Value Total mass[kg] 1560 Wheel base[mm] 2780 Distance from the center of gravity to the front axle[mm] 1250 Wheel track[mm] 1680 Height of the mass center[mm] 360 Cp factor(FL) 18 Max MasterCypressure[bar] 250 Cp factor(FR) 34 On high adhesion road, vehicles accelerateed from 0 to 60 km/h, then collecting data began, then stomping on the brake, made the wheel tends to lock, until the car to a full stop.
Similarly, experiments on low adhesion road, the operator speed up to 50 km/h on high adhesion road, began to collect data, then stomping on the brake, the wheel tends to lock, until the car to a full stop.
Test data is shown in Fig 7.Analysis of the curve on the low adhesion road, it can be seen that almost none of the wheels locked, when the operator slammed on the brake, master cylinder pressure rose sharply, ABS started, according to the acceleration and slip rate signals, quickly adjusted wheel cylinder pressure to relief, to prevent the wheel from locking, four wheel slip rate were controlled near the optimal slip ratio.
(3) The test proved that the fuzzy control method based on slip rate and the speed reduction can quickly adjust wheels lock, shorten braking distance.

Results and discussion Analytical data of the sintered samples are received by the following methods without any preparation: X-ray diffraction (XRD) (Shimadzu XRD 7000, 0.15406 nm); scanning electron microscopy (SEM) (Quanta 200 3D microscope and Hitachi TM3000); transmission electron microscopy (TEM) (microscope Philips CM12).
Significant reduction of amorphous carbon fractions and pure crystalline carbon phases is obtained by halving the total weight of the sum compound of the precursors to 0.5 grams.
The data of the energy-dispersive analysis of the front and back surfaces of the sample reflecting the integral ratio of the elements are presented in Fig. 4b, f.
The right side of the coating (a); the element analysis data (b) of right side of the coating; the right sides of the coating (c), (d); the backside of the boron carbide coating (e); the elemental analysis of the backside (f).

Data of quantitative XRD-analysis for crystal phases in GNB are presented in Figure 1.
Even though these reflections were not part of the test object, in order to provide a higher quality of XRD-analysis, this data was included in the calculation of crystal components concentrations (by wt. %) in GNB.

The data in 2006 showed there was about 70 m3 of fresh water per hour leaking out from the broken pipe, and the leakage amount achieved to 504000 m3 every year.
The results of pipes inspections provide a source of information for data bases that are essential for estimating the reliability parameters of the system, which in turn are crucial in developing a pipes rehabilitation program [2].
The instrument used in this project is a CCTV (closed-circuit television cameras) which had made it convenient to gain the data more accurately than ever before [3].
Insertion process This process is mainly undertaken involving a temporary reduction of the lining cross sectional area to enable the lining to be winched into the host pipe [4].

The damage tolerance of sandwiches can be forecasted upon the behavior under the low velocity impact event, but solid, reliable data can be obtained after post impact tests, meant to assess the residual mechanical performance.
It is advisable to correlate such data with nondestructive inspections, in order to create extended data bases, very useful in on condition or predictive maintenance.
In Fig. 3 one can see the important reduction of the maximum loading force produced by 20 J energy impacts, and the significant improvement obtained when the face exposed to impact is protected with a floor cloth.
