This paper introduce a substation integrated automation control system of 220kV structures, characteristics and functions of the system, which discuss and analysis the engineering problems in practical application and points out the system still must perfect place, and put forward to some suggestions of the system construction.
In recent years, with the development of the electric power industry, and computer and communication technology advances, substation automation system enter the practical stage, as one of the technical ways to improve the electric power products quality .It directly guarantees that the development of the production of the electric power with its high quality and economic benefit .At present, substation automation system , which include application of computer and network communications ,can realize the data exchange and processing between intervening layer equipment and the host through the way of network communications , It breaks the traditional division of professional boundaries of certain level substation of quadratic system, to make the link between each subsystem more closely .

1 AN ADVANCED RESIDUAL STRESS DETERMINATION FOR 3D CYLINDER STRUCTURE Jian LUO 1,2,a , Guillaume MONTAY 2,b, Jian LU 2,c 1 Wuhan university of technology,122 luoshi road,wuhan,P.R.China 2 LASMIS, University of Technology of Troyes, 12 rue Marie Curie, BP2060, 10010 Troyes, France a jian.luo@utt.fr, bguillaume.montay@utt.fr, cjian.lu@utt.fr Abstract For measuring in-depth residual stress in 3D cylinder structure easily in this paper, the semi-destructive incremental hole drilling technique combined with finite element method is used, the calibration coefficients of 3D cylinder components are calculated, and the relationship between strain and stress is determined, the changes of calibration coefficients are analysed, the residual stress of one steering joint of automobile is measured, and the errors of residual stress are discussed.

Such alloys with engineered chemical composition and properly designed heat treatment could have improved properties at temperatures up to 250 o C.
The advanced thermal analysis techniques including dilatometer analysis were used to determine the effect of alloying additions on thermal characteristics including aging kinetics and its impact on casting service performance.
Approximately 30 alloys with engineered additions of Cu, Mg, V, Zr, Ti, Cr, Sc, etc.
Advanced thermal analysis using UMSA Technology Platform [6] was done to determine the effect of alloying additions on phase transformations and consequently to optimize liquid metal and heat treatment processing parameters.
