Here, we report the scale-up of silicone oil synthesis using re-engineering to produce silicone oil of the same target quality as a laboratory scale, with a target viscosity is in between 1000 - 5000 mPa.s.
Formulation, processing and scalability engineering and processing are carried out to overcome minimal or no impact on the final target of the scale-up synthesis process with the same results as a laboratory scale.
Processing and engineering, by increasing the reactor volume, doubled, set the reaction time twice as well, and kept the rotational speed of the magnetic stirrer rods and the reaction temperature fixed.
Meanwhile, purification engineering was done by changing the evaporation time from 6 hours to 8 - 12 hours, and keeping the ratio of chloroform and milli-q-water to the PDMS gel to 1 to 1.

Abstract.
This paper introduce a substation integrated automation control system of 220kV structures, characteristics and functions of the system, which discuss and analysis the engineering problems in practical application and points out the system still must perfect place, and put forward to some suggestions of the system construction.
In recent years, with the development of the electric power industry, and computer and communication technology advances, substation automation system enter the practical stage, as one of the technical ways to improve the electric power products quality .It directly guarantees that the development of the production of the electric power with its high quality and economic benefit .At present, substation automation system , which include application of computer and network communications ,can realize the data exchange and processing between intervening layer equipment and the host through the way of network communications , It breaks the traditional division of professional boundaries of certain level substation of quadratic system, to make the link between each subsystem more closely .
