However, when the machine running normally many important factors that affect enterprise's efficiency, such as downtime and non-cutting time, are easily overlooked.
The energy ratio change in each band can reflect the different processing condition of mechanical equipment.
The first step to analyze continuous signal is to divide it into different segments, the length of segments is decided by the precision and speed of data process, if the segment is overlong the precision will be high but the real time property will decrease, and vice versa.

This celestial compass based on polarized sky light is not affected by the electromagnetic interference, and its error is not accumulated over time.
While the polarization imaging sensor is capable of collecting polarization information in the scattering skylight, on this basis, giving the angle of polarization as output, and have properties of highly real time and good robustness.
Actually these influence factors will affect the accuracy.

Automatic Lighting Control System for Teaching Building Based on Wireless Sensor Network Jin Yuan 1, a, YuSheng Wang1, b, XiLiang Zhang 1, LiJuan Zhao1 and LinJie Huang1 1School of Mechanical Engineering, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang 212013, Jiangsu, China azhangxl@ujs.edu.cn, byuanjin_ying @163.com Keywords: illumination; wireless network; automatic control; infrared sensors; Abstract.
Introduction It is one of the important factors to affect teaching effectiveness and students’ eye health that the lighting of teaching building does not meet the requirements of eye health.
Considering the cost, size, energy consumption, communication range, sending rate and other factors as well as design requirements, Chipcon's CC2430 chip and module is selected.
With the advantages of convenient control and management, good energy saving properties and so on, the system can meet the lighting control requirements of teaching building and has excellent practical value.

As a widely used Al-Mg-Si alloy sheets, the faster the quenching cooling rate leads to high supersaturation, which can be improved the bake-hardening properties of the alloy in the process of solution treatment.
However, when the alloy was isothermally-treated at medium temperature region (such as 350℃), the holding time seriously affected the supersaturation of the alloy, which ultimately affected the hardness after bake hardening treatment [7,21].

Introduction Due to mechanical and physical properties of advanced composite materials, their industrial interest is growing.
The possible delamination could be related more clearly to the mechanical stress (forces) than to local heating.
Optical measuring microscope is used to characterize the delamination factor, which is defined as [6]: (1) where Dmax is the diameter of the zone affected by the superficial removal of material and D0 is the drill diameter (Fig. 5).
Under the cutting conditions used, with low cutting speeds, there are no significant variations; however, the delamination factor decreases by increasing the cutting speed above 70 m/min [9] and the use of sacrificial material continues being positive.
In particular it can be seen how the separation of the layers occurs in a relatively distant area of the edge; this evidence induces to consider the mechanical loads (forces) as the origin of this type of default.

Due to the complexity and variability of unsaturated soil, the permeability property of unsaturated soils is clearly different from that of saturated soil.
Introduction Unsaturated soil is a kind of porous media which is made up by water, gas and solid particles, especially because of the existence of interface of gas in unsaturated soil, which make the permeability property of saturated soil are obviously different from saturated soil [1].
The existed research shows that the permeability of unsaturated soil is affected mainly by the saturation, types, matrix suction factors.
Measuring lower matrix suction, cavitation will occur, thus precision of measuring pore water pressure will be affected.
The soil of the experiment is taken from the Yellow River levee Puyang section which is a kind of remodeled silty clay, and the physical and mechanical indexes is shown in table 1.

The purpose of presented study was to evaluate the microstructure and properties of laser remelted surface of stainless steels.
The laser treatment was performed with the use of high power diode laser (HPDL) and the influence of beam power of 0.7-2.1kW on the properties of the surface layer was evaluated.
Introduction The laser surface remelting (LSR) is a well known technique used to improve mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of stainless steels surface layer.
The LSR of sintered stainless steel may result in the increase of density in material surface layer and improvement of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
Therefore, it can be supposed that the application of higher laser beam power, at least of 2.1kW with the purpose of surface remelting, could improve corrosion properties even in case of wrought material.

Most of the mechanical energy used to form the chip becomes heat, which generates high temperatures in the cutting region.
High cutting temperature, which adversely affects tool life, dimensional and form deviation, surface integrity of the product.
Most of these steels have much better mechanical properties at high temperatures.
Shape of cutting tools, particularly the tools angles, and tool material are very important factors.
