Abstract.
The lifting process of wet system is: lofting → lifting of the prefabricated pillars → lifting of the big prefabricated girders → lifting of the small prefabricated girders → floor lifting → exterior wall lifting → balcony board lifting → stairs lifting → cast-in-site structural engineering and electromechanical piping → floor grouting.
Its lifting process is: lofting → lifting of prefabricated pillars → lifting of the big prefabricated girders → lifting of the small prefabricated girders → floor lifting →balcony board lifting → stairs lifting → cast-in-site structural engineering and electromechanical piping → floor grouting → complete the structure → exterior wall lifting. 3.2 Connection of Prefabricated Components Connection of prefabricated components is another important aspect of the construction of prefabricated buildings.

Abstract: The dynamic magnetorheological (MR) effects of 1,5-Naphthalene diisocyanate (NDI) polyurethane-based MR elastomers were tested by changing excitation frequency, excitation amplitude, magnetic strength, or preload.
And they can be used in adaptive structures of aerospace, automotive, civil and electrical engineering applications for motion and vibration control.[2-3] MR elastomers are composite materials, which consist of micron-sized magnetic particles and a non-magnetic medium, such as silicon rubber, natural rubber, polyurethane, acrylonitrile, and polybutadiene as well as their blends.
Fig.1 Shear test system Fig.2 Stretch of shear magnetic field device Results and discussion (1) Mechanical performance of MR elastomers Mechanical performance test results (tensile strength 16.4 MPa, elongation rate 460%) show that the prepared MR elastomers have high tensile property that basically meets engineering requirements
Conclusions We obtained the following conclusions: (1) NDI polyurethane-based elastomers with high mechanical performance were mixed with carbonyl iron powder, so we prepared the MR elastomers that met engineering requirements. (2) The MR elastomers' MR effect is weakly related to excitation frequency. (3) The MR elastomers' MR effect was reduced with the increase in excitation amplitude or preload.

The engineering methods of “interior garden” operation, such as automatic lighting, aeration, watering etc., should be developed.
The practical possibility of greenery integration into the accommodation needs the patterns schemes development according to the user and task types, searching of the individual plant selection on the basis of existing design experience as well as development of engineering patterns.
Naturally the “alive” interior systems should be controlled by engineering automatics, and esthetic characteristics (including the structure and mobility of walls) enrich by new architectural forms significantly.

Introduction
With the development of materials, polyurethane as a new kind of high-performance material with its superior mechanical properties is widely used in marine engineering and civil engineering.
The CCS has already introduced the building guides of ship structure[1], so the guides could be used to provide the standard supports for the application of polyurethane in the marine engineering and ocean engineering.
