This phenomenon is explained by the fact that there is a segregation streamer in the center of the sample formed during the production of a steel sheet, so an equal number of ferrite and perlite grains are observed in this field.

It is sort of regular granular grains.
The image analysis was used for the evaluation of number of graphitic particles, content of graphite and shape of graphite (via shape factor) and the content of ferrite, but it has to be pointed out that the mentioned evaluation relating to basic material was performed for etched samples.
A geometric model was made up for 10% graphitic proportion in the structure, the number of particles was 200 ks/mm2, and the size was chosen within the interval from 30 μm to 60 μm.

The chemical composition measured at areas marked by numbers 1-4 is summarized in Table 2, (d) Ni/2-2 alloy/Ni joints soldered at 230 °C for 20 min, (e) scallops of h[Cu6Sn5] and Ag3Sn phases.

The SEM/EDX examination of the cross-sectioned Ni/Ni joint after soldering for 1.5, 3 and 20 min (Fig. 1a, b, c) indicated the presence of particular components of the microstructure.
The results of EDX microanalysis performed at the locations indicated by numbers are listed in Table 2.
The presence of equiaxial dimples (see Fig. 3c) indicates the occurrence of plastic deformation in the microareas of the (Sn) solid solution which surround the grains of intermetallic phases.

The Fatigue Fracture of the Characteristics and Reasons
The fatigue fracture refers to the metal components or confined device in the far below materials tensile strength limit alternating load, after a certain number of circular function the cracking phenomena of what happened.
With metal components in alternating stress function, its own existence defects, especially on component surface stressing concentration areas, such as grain boundaries, processing daogen, corrosion pit, section upheaval, and so on.
Along with the increase of number of alternating stress, sliding belt broadens and stokes and appears slip with cracks in the phenomenon.

Microwave sintering has many advantages, such as rapid heating rate, lower sintering temperature, enhanced densification, smaller average grain size, short processing time, low power requirement and so on[15].
Theoretical calculation and discussion In the γ-LiAlO2:Fe3+ ceramic, the oxygen ions can form tetrahedrons with Fe3+ ions which substitute the Al3+ in tetrahedral centers, and the coordination number of oxygen is four.
Local structural parameters of γ-LiAlO2:Fe3+ (Ref. 19: ,,) Ligand numbers 1 2 3 4 Co-O bond lengths Table2.

The average grain size, 2.3 mm, was found by the linear intercept method.
The outer zone is mostly formed by the β NiAl phase (dark area in Fig. 2) with a small number of evenly distributed small precipitates of complex phases of Al-Ni and Al-Cr-Ni (see spots 1 and 2 in Fig. 2).
The number of fatigue cracks initiated at the surface is higher in coated specimens than in uncoated ones.

At the grain boundary, there is a combination of W and Cu.
Smaller mfp values is an indication of higher number of interaction of the incident radiation beam with the atoms of the sample(s) being tested.
The high number of interaction as the distance between successive collisions reduces resulted in large attenuation values.

The thermocouple was made up of TC4 and constantan wire and hot junction was formed when the cutting action of CBN grains damaged the insulator layer around constantan wire.
Table 2 Configuration of cup wheel with internal cooling structure Diameter 80mm Abrasives CBN Grit 60 Segments number 26 Bonding agent Ceramics Comparison experiments of grinding temperature were conducted under almost same grinding parameters using novel wheel under different cooling methods to confirm its effect in reducing grinding temperatures.
As the grinding temperature was lower than 540℃, morphology of the surface was clear and smooth, and severe plastically deformed coating layers and a large number of micro-cracks were observed on the ground surface by SEM when temperature was higher than 750℃.
