Introduction
As important material of auto, plastic material performance will affect the car safety directly.
How to get the dynamic performance parameters of plastic material is very important.
At present, material test technique quite mature in the strain rate above 0.01 s-1 and strain rate below 1000 s-1, but the strain rate range from 1 s-1 to 100 s-1 is difficult to realize by materials tensile equipment using current technology.
And the high-speed failure stress of plastic materials is smaller (less than 100 Mpa generally), the failure strain is bigger (usually more than 100%), the characteristics needed of tensile equipment are the small load force (below 5 k N) and large operation trip (250 mm trip or above).

The compressive strength of the material is far greater than the tensile strength,so we choose DruckerPrager yield criteria[1] .

Finally, abrasive wear stops and the wear resistance of such a material increases by several orders of magnitude if the hardness of the material exceeds the hardness of the abrasive.
When a material with such a structure is worn, only elastic deformation takes place.

In the processing of the ultrafine wood powders the raw materials should be dried at first, because the wood fiber is brittle in the low-water-content and which is in favor of the processing.
When the ultrafine powders is being processed using the Japan cedar as the experimental materials, take the cutter diameter D=280mm, the main shaft speed of the cutter n=7000r/min, the cutting angle δ=5°.
