It is noted that, as mentioned above, only limited data are available for the effect of
cell size on compressive properties of aluminum foams, especially for the dynamic compressive

The data in fig. 5 shows that sample B has a lower interface trap density (Dit) for energies between 0.2 eV and 0.5 eV from the conduction band edge, as extracted using the Terman method on capacitor structures fabricated monolithically with the transistors [3].
The study highlights that a thermally grown dielectric at the interface acts to improve device performance through the reduction of Dit.

These raw data were utilized as the inputs to the computer code mentioned above and the variations in the angles, angular velocities, accelerations, torques, powers and reaction forces of the lower limb joints were determined.
