Another smaller particles with a diameter about 35 nm were also observed on the nano-ball like structured.
It was predicted that, amorphous carbons were deposited in many different structures size from agglomerated to non-agglomerated structures [10] as shown on Fig. 5 (a) (i) and (c) (iii).
The nano-ball like structure in some of the structures was formed at 450oC with a diameter of 650 nm.
The other particles were observed inside the nano-ball like structure with the diameter about 35 nm.
