INTRODUCTION
From the realm of science-fiction fantasy, three-dimensional printers are now becoming a reality, heralding what many be the beginning of a new industrial revolution.
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) was selected as the fabrication method for this printable UAV as The primary benefit of SLS is the produced part’s durability and the fact that SLS users may choose from the widest range of engineering-grade materials available in the rapid prototyping industry.
That is because a UAV is smaller than a manned aircraft so that the material cost is lower.

Introduction
During recent decades investigations and developments on nanoscale materials have been more and more attractive in every field, because some materials with nanoscale size emerging exceptional performances which differed from the macroscopic bulk state.
