The ingots were first hot rolled and subsequently cold rolled to reach a cold-rolling reduction rate of about 50%.
Hollow points represent data corresponding to the inter-critical heat treatments, whereas full points are the samples annealed in the fully austenitic domain.
In addition, the effect of micro-alloying with Nb is also assessed through the data in Fig. 3.
The resulting grain size reduction from the increase of Mn-content may be explained due to the dragging effect [13, 14].

At this strain, only one element showed severe reduction in Ic,
indicating that almost all filaments were damaged within the length (10 mm) of this element, while
the other elements were not damaged and retained the original Ic.
On the other hand, in the case of bending strain (Fig.5), as the exerted stress varies from tensile to compressive along the thickness direction, the reduction in Ic and the damage evolution with increasing bending strain gB was gradual.
From the regression analysis of the Weibull plot (plot of lnln{(1-F) -1} against ln(Ic-Imin))of the experimental data, Imin, I0 and m were estimated to be 28 A, 15 A and 4.6, respectively.
With the present method, the Ic and n-value of long sample, which are difficult to be measured in laboratory, can be predicted from the data for short samples which can be measured in laboratory.

According to the recent statistical data, Chinese plastic industry has the world's largest production and consumption of Nylon6.
It was reported by Legras R. etc[17-18] that amine-anhydride reaction runs much faster than the amide-anhydride reaction, which was supported by the kinetics data.
The chain regularity was damaged after the reaction between Nylon6 and SMA, causing a reduction in crystallinity.
When the content of SMA is 2%, the refinement degree approaches to saturation, which should account for the 41% increase of impact strength; the amount of polar groups adds during grafting raised, leading to an increasing brittleness and a reduction of relative molecular mass, when the content of SMA exceedes 2%.

Introduction
Magnesium (Mg) is a preferable lightweight metallic material and shows great potential to be applied in transportation and aerospace industries as structural components, leading to significant weight reduction [1].
Since slippage and thickness reduction during HPT are negligible compared with the shear strain, the shear strain γ can be calculated using an equation [8] shown below: (1) where r is the distance from the center, θ is the rotation angles in degree, and h is the thickness of the disc specimen.
All the data points lie on an unique curve.
(b) The hardness data re-plotted as a function of the shear strain (γ).

For applications depending on force-fit, creep of polymers can pose problems due to preload reduction in joints.
Examples include the “Advanced Composite Cargo Aircraft” by Lockheed Martin, which demonstrated a 90% reduction in the number of structural components and fasteners compared to a traditional metallic design through the use of bonding processes [2].
Detailed data on the prepreg and the corresponding experimental results have been presented elsewhere [9], therefore the emphasis of this paper is on the analysis of the RTM samples.

This study was carried out in order to provide more data on the effect of Sm3+ ions on zinc borotellurite glass and the potential applications for laser and optical devices.
The decreasing trend of molar volume in this glass samples are related to the reduction of total volume size thus reducing the compactness of the glasses [21].
Meanwhile, the data of indirect and direct optical band gap are listed in Table 2.
This is an agreement with Fares et al., (2014) which is state that the decrement of NBOs causes a reduction in glass polarizability and increment of the optical band gap [25].

To improve the accuracy of the data, testing two faces of per sample and an average value was reported.
In this present investigation, the electrical conductivity data in percentage of the International Annealed Copper Standard (%IACS).
Therefore, the G peak can represent the degree of reduction, doping degree, and doping type of graphene.
The reason why such an alteration occurs is that a significant reduction of Cu atoms concentration in precipitates free zones (PFZs) and segregation of Cu atoms along grain boundaries.

Hence, proper selection and control of the processing temperatures, strain rate; and reduction at each deformation stage are critical for obtaining a final component with optimized microstructure-property haracteristics.
The specimens were heated at a rate of 10 °C/s up to the deformation temperature, held for 3 minutes and then compressed to the height reduction of 60% and cooled in the water after hot compression to keep the deformed microstructure.
Fig. 7 Processing maps from hot compression data at various strains: (a) 0.3 and (b) 0.6.
(2) Using hyperbolic sine type equation A for the flow stress data, the constitutive equations for alloy were developed: In β single-phase region: =e15 [sinh(0.0196σ)]2.6exp(-205.4/RT); In α+β the two-phase region: =e70.29 [sinh(0.0055σ)]3.47exp(-744.4/RT) (3) The processing maps in the isothermal compression were constructed at the strains of 0.3 and 0.6.

The advantages of using this method are that the experimental results and the noise level produced from the tires (that go into mass production) feature minimal differences and that reliable tested data are produced.
This indicates that a reduction in the size of the steering knuckle can effectively reduce noise.
