Effective Controlled Method Adding Carbon into Molten Steel to Produce 55Q Steel Tiejun Zhang1,2, a 1 Research Center for Materials Interdisciplinary Science, Chongqing University of Art and Science, Chongqing 402160, China 2 Key Laboratory of Micro/Nano Materials Engineering and Technology, Chongqing 402160, China aztj1965@tsinghua.org.cn Keywords: Cored wire, carbon adding, 55Q steel.
Second, the mission successes rate of getting carbon under control in one time is very low, thus the operation time is long, and the ineffective consumption of the devices, energy and materials is high.
There are many sophisticated physical and chemical reactions occured between the carbon and elements of materials of the furnace charge, slag and lining.

A derivative-free filled function method for non-linear inverse optimization of material parameters LV Yinghui1,a, Yanzhen YU2,b 1,2School of Civil and Architectural Engineering; University of Jinan; Jinan 250022, China 1lvyinghui_2010@163.com, 2cea_yuyz@ujn.edu.cn Key words: non-linear analysis; filled function; derivative-free; dynamic; Abstract: In solving non-linear inverse optimization problems, how to make sure one and only solution and cut down computational effort are two very representative challenges.
The application results of non-linear inverse analysis of material parameters for a practical engineering show that the derivative-free filled function method can quickly solve non-linear inverse problems with one and only solution, and it will be robust one in non-linear inverse solution field.

For the physical mechanism of the dielectric relaxation, it was found that the effect of grain sizes for the high-k materials’ structure mainly originates from higher surface stress in smaller grain due to its higher concentration of grain boundary.
Introduction Oxide materials with larger dielectric constants (so-called high-k dielectrics) than 3.9 (SiO2’s dielectric constant) have attracted much attention due to their potential use as gate dielectrics in MOSFETs to overcome the gate leakage problem [1].
