Materials and methods
1.1 Materials
The AAB flute corrugated fiberboard was selected to compare the edgewise compressive strength with honeycomb fiberboard.
To eliminate the impact of materials, the same material used in the plate and core of honeycomb fiberboard and AAB flute corrugated fiberboard in the models.
The physical parameters of the materials are presented in Table.1[13].

This kind of aluminum alloy is an
ideal structural material for the aerospace and automobile industries.
Introduction Al-Zn-Mg-Cu (7xxx series) alloys, as ultra high strength aluminum alloys, have been widely used as structural materials in aerospace and automobile industries due to their excellent mechanical properties.
Spray forming is a new rapid solidification process, and it has been developed to produce high density, near-net-shaped preforms of RS materials directly from the liquid metal [11].
