Most of the materials are use as bio-carrier, such as PVC, PE, PS, PP, rubber, polyurethane [3], those organic carrier materials have the advantage of designable and processable and disadvantage of poor biocompatibility, difficult biofilm fixation and low space utilization.
These highly porous materials have a lot of applications as filters for molten metal, hot gas and diesel engine exhausts filters, catalyst carriers, biomaterials, thermal insulators for furnaces and aerospace applications, gas combustion burners and lightweight building materials [12-19].

The results pay the way for the preparation of silicon quantum dots thin film materials
Introduction Due to the quantum size effect, the luminescent properties of silicon nanoparticles are better than bulk silicon materials.
Silicon nitride materials containing silicon nanoparticles not only present a narrow forbidden band width, but also show superior quantum size effect.
This lays the foundation for the next step in the preparation of Si-rich silicon nitride film materials containing silicon quantum dots.

The results indicated that the criterions and the sensitization degree of material have a corresponding relationship, and can reflect the change of sensitivity on the low-sensitized materials to intergranular corrosion sensitively and quantitatively.
