Keywords: resistance spot welding technology, galvanized steels, microstructures, optic microscopy, mechanical elongation tests.
Resistance spot welding technologies were developed and tested, together with mechanical testing of the welded joints, which were performed in our laboratories.
Introduction In the last years, structures designers focused their work on developing new techniques, which allows an economy of materials and working time, which will also guarantee a safe exploitation, the structure respecting all standard prescriptions and safety factors.
Because one of the very important properties for the life expectancy, of the metallic structures which are placed in atmospheric environment, is the resistance to corrosion and this property is highly dependent to the thickness of the Zn protecting layer, our experimental program also measured this parameter.
The curve force-displacement (fig. 3.b) for the samples welded with the welding parameters presented in table 2, revealed good ductility (toughness of the material in the nugget and also in the Heat Affected Zone – ZIT, with no brittle behavior) and very good capacity to support loads.

Modification of thermophysical properties for liquid coolants by adding some solid particles is the main subject of nanofluids.
Several important factors such as the type, shape and size of nano-particles, and temperature of the nanofluids have not been studied widely.

Aqueous polyurethane plays an important role in the mechanical properties of the film and the film forming process.
In order to optimize the formulation and coating process of coating glue, five factors were chosen, two quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combinations was applied to design this experiment.
Through the analysis it can be shown that the main factors of Y1 are flame retardant agent and aqueous polyurethane weight ratio, drying temperature and drying time.
The main factors of the breaking elongation (Y3) were coating thickness and drying time.
As can be seen from table 3, washing times did not affect the flame retardant properties within 10 times.

Bone volume and bone quality properties are fundamental prerequisites to ensure optimal mechanical stability of the implants and further osseointegration [11].
The aim is for these plates and screws to exhibit robust mechanical properties and achieve optimal results.
Injection of IBS paste into the pedicle screw also resulted in improved mechanical properties from the pull-out test results as shown in Figure 5.

Tolerances otherwise known as noise factors, that might have some influence on the resulting HIC value and deformation of hood panels, have not been considered in this optimisation study for simplicity.
The section, material properties, joints and constraints for the components of the hood assembly were assigned using PRIMER.
The prescribed properties of the impactor such as mass, diameter, angle, position and initial velocity of impact match the ANCAP pedestrian protection testing protocol.
This method generates a cloud of input variables that obey the defined properties for which the output was predicted from the existing response surfaces.
Since the magnitude of peak acceleration, its duration and rebound velocity have substantial influence on the HIC value of pedestrian when colliding with the front of a passenger car, the factors affecting the magnitude of peak acceleration were investigated by creating an ANOVA chart for peak acceleration (Fig. 19).

This control can cause bad effects such as over actuation, slipping, mechanical wear and localization errors [5].
This paper, firstly, will show some physical limitations of the AUV model that affect the path planning for this vehicle and mention some relevant properties of the curve.
Examine some related properties of curves One of the important properties of curves which is often considered when creating orbits for robots is the continuity of the curve.
Lastly, there is an optimization problem in path length with binding constraint based on B-spline model: Approach With the confluence of factors, the B-spline model can well solve the objectives set by the article.
The position change of control points or tangent vectors not only directly affect the slope of the neighboring curve around the control point but also affect the rest of the curve.

The purpose of this article is to present the ergonomic, technical and aesthetic factors, considering the physical, psychological and social needs of this target group, for the development of clothing products.
All this contextualization draws attention to the applicability of ergonomics in the development of clothing and aims to present its ergonomic, technical and aesthetic factors, considering the physical, psychological and social needs of the elderly, the target group of this research.
In this matter of aesthetics, in addition to technical factors, appearance is a factor that affects the ergonomic enhancement of the product, given that, when the product fits the modified body, it contributes to improving the appearance of the product.
Therefore, the main raw material was defined considering the climatic conditions of each region, the application of the products and, mainly, the properties that have an impact on sensory and thermophysiological comfort, namely: smooth touch, low tendency to cause allergies, good absorption capacity and good breathability.
Almost 100% approval was obtained from the users in Guimarães regarding the comfort requirements related to the product ergonomics and factors associated with the ability in terms of body movements.

Since then, valuable attempts were contributed into this model to patch its defects in meeting statistical mechanics principles and matching realistic fluid properties [2-4].
Convergence of system total energy to a definite value with least standard deviation (STDEV) plus having a close temperature to target value are the two key factors assuring that simulation results are correct.
For rheological properties, we are interested in shear rate values with proper and smoother temperature control.

Introduction
Carbon fiber-reinforced plastics (CFRP), particularly thermosetting epoxies, are employed in an expanding array of applications, including aerospace, because they possess superior properties for the manufacture of light components.
The designer chooses from among these on the basis of hole diameter, machining efficiency, and other factors.
The repetition of this action increased the processing time, but we found that the heat-affected area was reduced in inverse proportion to the time spent.
The hole quality evaluation methods employed in this report indicate that a heat-affected layer of approximately 2 mm in thickness was left in the material.
However, this is not efficient at small sizes, and efficient at diameter 3.0mm and over, from the view point of efficiency and heat-affected.
