In order to obtain the dispersed products, the binary compositions were coagulated with the water solution of transient metal salts of sulfate (Me = Co, Cu, Fe) by the method proposed elsewhere [2, 4].
The general scheme of surface preparation includes the following stages: mechanical treatment (blow-off, shot-blasting, grinding, polishing); cleaning and degreasing (by alkaline solution, solvent, vapor, oil-water emulsion, electrolytic degreasing), etching, descaling and roasting (chemical or electrochemical etching in acids or alkalis, roasting in concentrated acid mixtures, cleaning in the gas phase); chemical or electrochemical polishing; intermediate and finishing treatment (washing by water (by running or cascade water, cold or hot, by immersion or spraying), neutralizing, passivation, phosphating, and chromate treatment; drying).

The Green Olympics Building Evaluation Standard (GOBES) in 2003 was the first domestic green building standard in China and later became the foundation for the Green Building Evaluation Standards (GBES) by the ministry of Construction in 2007.The new voluntary rating system includes energy conservation and other sustainability aspects such as site planning, land use, water conservation and internal air quality as well.
As the size of the company is growing quickly, efficiency, quality, the dilution of the professional abilities became barrier of expansion.
According to GBES, green buildings are “buildings that save a maximum amount of resources (including energy, land, water, and materials), protect the environment, reduce pollution, provide healthy, comfortable and efficient space for people, and exist harmoniously with nature” throughout their lifecycle [7].
The building, using principles of bioclimatic design, as well as local solar and wind power, has simple features that can be repeated, such as natural ventilation, low e glass tile, adjustable exterior siding, solar heating system, simulated wetland, gray water collection system that recovers rainwater or other no potable water for site irrigation and sewage classification and organic garbage bio -treatment disposal system.

The accuracy of the monitoring data, the understanding of the monitoring data and the reliability of the professional prediction model are the key to early warning system for landslide monitoring.
Usually the monitoring work starts from the following aspects: geological trail monitoring, surface deformation monitoring, deep displacement monitoring, groundwater monitoring, the sound monitoring, stress monitoring ground water, surface water monitoring, meteorological monitoring and monitoring of human activities [6].
Mainly include digital terrain models, satellite images, boundary line, water, vegetation, railways, highways, administrative divisions, residential areas and other spatial information, and attribute information like geomorphological conditions, climatic conditions, population density and socio-economic data, etc.
We collect the basic geographic data (topography, geomorphological, transportation), basic geological data (structure, faults, stratigraphic information), engineering survey data (drilling, profile, test data), and the monitoring data gained from the monitoring instruments, such as water level observation instrument, drilling inclinometer, GPS displacement monitoring, distributed fiber optic monitoring, TDR Time domain reflectometer monitor, 3D laser scanners, SNMR monitoring, surveying robot, thermal infrared monitor etc.
