However, the test data of the tangent modulus is less, tangent modulus data of materials is given according to similar material laws except for Al2O3 and Ti, and yield strength of ITO material is also given according to similar material data.
From the simulated values of vibration stress for each layer of material shown in Figure 6, the pattern of stress variation for each layer is roughly the same, with slightly different stresses for different materials at the same location.

Resonant techniques have been used to study metals, polymeric materials and bones [10], giving better results than those obtained with tensile or flexural tests [11].
In fact, five elastic constants are required to fully characterize the elastic behaviour of such materials.
The elastic behaviour of transversely isotropic materials can be fully characterized by five elastic moduli; E1, E3, υ12, υ31, G31.

This article mainly introduces the materials of brain stimulated micro-electrode, the matched specifications and the evaluation on the compound functions in the developing course.
With the large number of mathematical science to penetrate into the brain science, people reveal the mystery of the brain step by step.
A detailed analysis will be given in the following sections about the materials, standards and its pros and cons.
The raw materials involved the palladium, tungsten and iridium.
The emerging flexible materials convince the 3D flexible multichannel microprobe array to be a better choice [7] , as shown in Fig. 4.

Functionally graded material (FGM) is well-known as one of the most promising materials in the 21st century, which has become the hot issue on its mechanical behavior and composition design.
The concept of FGM, initially developed for super heat resistant material to be used in space planes or nuclear fusion reactors, is now of interest to designers of functional materials for energy conversion, dental and orthopedic implants, sensors and thermo generators.
However, a jump hoop stress always appears in the interfaces among the different materials which hold different material properties.
These studies found that the composition control is necessary to improve thermo-mechanical performance or reduce interfacial stresses between dissimilar materials, or to achieve other multiple functionalities.
Two primary materials are Al2O3 for ceramic and stainless steel for metal, respectively.
