All isolates were maintained on rye grains in water at 16-18 oC in darkness.
Among six media, the number of tomato- rye agar medium were the most, and the number of rye agar medium and oat medium were second, the number of V8 juice and carrot medium were the least (Table 2).
The numbers of oospore above the table were the average value of twenty five visual fields.

It is a complex factor integration As such, we need to break it down to the following three steps:1. to research the quantity and the change of distribution method, based on the change of lifestyle of rural residents in the process of urbanization and the inevitable trend of the reduction of the number of rural residents ;2. to analyze the effects of rural residential cluster from the perspective of urban-rural integration, and then obtain the relevant factor integration which influences the way rural residential settlements form; 3. to compare and contrast factors obtained from the first and second items with development goals, including the maintenance and nurturing of the agricultural industry, the integration of spatial resources, the cultural heritage from the farming tradition, the protection of local geographical landscape and so on.
