Materials: Psoralen reference substance (National institutes for drug and biological products, lot number: 110739-200310); The lyophilized white powder was commercially custom-synthesized by CPC (Hangzhou, China); The peptide stock solution was freshly prepared at the concentration of 1.0mg/ml with pure water and stored at 4 ˚C before use.
