More attention was paid to the guide made by EHEDG - European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group [9], an international body that has established itself since 1989 as a non-profit consortium of food industry equipment manufacturers, food industry suppliers, universities, and research centers, as well as public health authorities.
Through groups organized in most European countries, (including in Romania), guidance was given on hygiene design and engineering to ensure food safety and quality.
It is also recommended to use an orbital mechanism to guide and control the advance and the conditions of generation and uniform maintenance of the progress of the welding process, with a finality of hygienic welding, at the level of the requirements.

Fig. 3 Temperature dependence of flexural strength of the Al2O3/YAG, Al2O3/GAP binary and the Al2O3/YAG/ZrO2 ternary MGCs in comparison with superalloys (CMSX-4), an a-axis sapphire and a Si3N4 sintered advanced ceramic
This material is already being used for turbine blades in advanced gas turbine systems at above 80% of its melting point, and its maximum operating temperature is approximately 1273- 1373 K.
On the other hand, advanced ceramics such as silicon nitrides and SiC fibers are found in region II where the Larson-Miller parameter is between 33 and 42.
In contrast, when Si3N4 advanced ceramic was exposed to 1973 K for 10 hours in the air atmosphere, collapse of the shape occurred.
