Hence, the effect of temperature and strain rate on the mechanical response of such thermoplastic composites are important when designing pipes using these materials [1, 2].
Materials and Method The tested injection mold composite was a 30 wt% of glass fiber/Polyamide 66 (PA6).
The material is suitable for injection molding and heat stabilized with improved hydrolysis resistance.

Materials and mix proportion
Materials:Ordinary Portland cement P.O42.5, the compression strength at 28 days is 46.8 MPa; well-graded granite gravel with size from 5 mm to 31.5 mm, needle-like particles less than 5.3%, crushing index less than 6.8%, mud content less than 0.4% and apparent density 2620 kg/m3; river sand with fineness modulus of 2.9, mud content less than 1.8% and apparent density 2620 kg/m3; the air entraining agent.

Then calcinate each type of the gel at 600°C for 2h to prepare photocatalytic materials with different doping amount of ZnO.
Calcinate equal amount of the dried gel powder of ZnO-TiO2 (5%) under 600°C for 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3h respectively so as to produce different series of ZnO-TiO2 composite light catalytic materials.
