Introduction In digital impact experiment, material’s ductile-brittle properties and the process of specimen thrust were recorded accurately through force-displacement curve.
Fifteen parameters characterizing material’s ductile-brittle properties were measured[1], which is indisputably a qualitative change in comparison with the practice of only measuring one parameter(impact energy) in conventional impact experiment.
All these may affect sensor output.
Filter circuit was designed to avoid incorrect data of force collection caused by mechanical vibration and other uncertain factors during impact process.

Industrial floor are also exposed to mechanical and chemical acts. [1] Fig. 1.
Other factors influencing the creation of cracks due to shrinkage are the following: ● Design of concrete mixture – consisting of the proper choice of granulometric composition of concrete mixture, optimal selection of the ratio of fine courses and the amount of water coefficient, since these influence the plastic shrinkage thus even segregation, separation of water and excessive settlement of aggregate in the mixture; ● Optimal dosage of additives for aeration and plastification – whereas these do limit excessive dosage of water and improve the rheological properties of concrete mixture throughout the whole cross-section of the resulting structure; ● Addition of polypropylene fibres that do reduce shrinkage of concrete in the early stages of setting and hardening (Fig. 2); ● Technology of construction works - storing of mixtures, vibration, treatment, which are described in the standard ČSN EN 13670 - a detailed description about how the structure is to be treated with regards to
Shrinkage is significantly affected by the small capillaries, capillaries up to a size of 0.5 µm. [2].
Chart. 1 Course of shrinkage Conclusion It can be said that the shrinkage of concrete floors is an extremely complex phenomenon which require a proper knowledge of the various factors which influence the whole process of shrinkage.
This phenomenon can be explained by the fact, that the properties of the third, last sample were different.

Some corresponding research of soil mechanics can help to learn the engineering mechanics properties of FA.
Higher[4] studied the influencing factors of sample size and the boundary conditions formed by compaction clay’s shear bands.
Jiang Mingjing and Shen Zhujiang[7] were the first to analyze and research the formation of structural clay shear zone from the macroscopic mechanical condition to microcosmic structure changes, using conventional Scanning Microscope (SEM hands, Scanning electron Microscope) and microstructure quantitative test technology.
The chemical composition of FA is usually affected by all kinds of factors, including coal quality, the amounts of mixed limestone ,the thermal history of FA(furnace temperature, pulverized coal fineness , warming faster, Cooling conditions and aspiration method) and so on. 1.3 Physical Properties FA has the characteristics of small specific gravity, vast volume, high sensitivity, low intensity.

When the vertical dispersion of its quality and lateral stiffness are decided, the structural natural vibration period is one of the important intrinsic mechanical properties.
It depends on many factors, for example, the height-to-width ratio, type and storey of construction.
The length of natural vibration period directly affects building’s effect which made by horizontal loads originating from external forces, e. g. wind load and seismic loads.
This paper adopts beam element and shell element, considering the nonlinear properties of materials, forming mixed model of shell element and beam element.

Alloy Composition The first of NiTi’s shortcomings can be addressed in a straightforward manner; a major factor in the biological response to a material is the intrinsic chemical properties.
These mechanical properties are thus considered too poor to be suitable for the implantation role.
Techniques to improve the mechanical properties via a second slurry coating step have also been attempted [39].

Properties of uniaxial compression, energy absorption capability and energy absorption efficiency have been studied.
Properties of energy absorption are characterized by energy absorption capacity W and energy absorption efficiency E. [2] (3) which ε is strain,σ is compressive stress.
The densification starting point and fracture morphology are important factor to affect energy absorption.
The matrix bears stress when it is compressed, then holes deform ,which can largerly deform, so they have excellent compressive properties.

During welding, a considerable amount of residual stresses is introduced due to mechanical loads, temperature gradient and phase transformations.
Thus, it is a challenge to interpret the influence of individual factors on the measured magnetic response.
For this reason, several parameters expand from the measured magnetic signals and compared to the examined material’s properties.
Interestingly, both tensile and compressive stresses coexist in the heat affected zone.
The heat affected zone was consisted by non-equiaxed coarsed ferrite grains.

Usually, small grain sizes deliver superior mechanical properties.
This also affects boundary motion during recrystallization due to Zener pinning [2].
As atomic attachment kinetics are neglected within this approach, we utilize a dimensionless linear factor, to account for this, which is calibrated with the grain growth experiments of Zhou et al. [16] in C-Mn steel.
As both, the temperature dependence of precipitate coarsening at the HAGB and the free grain boundary mobility are equal [15,17], the pinned mobility is modelled as fraction of the free mobility with the linear factor, .

It is of wide application prospect for it possesses virtues of green-friendly, cheap, excellent mechanical properties and durability.
Factors that affect the durability of concrete and their correlations were confirmed in the design guide of concrete durability which compiled by European Committee for Concrete in 1989, and chloride ion was the main factor which occupied 33% of the damage [1].The protective coating of the steel bar is ruined when the concentration of chloride ion reaches a limit beyond which it begins to be rusted when surrounded by oxygen and water.
The best composition was found out by analyzing the influence of each factor according to values of electric flux and compressive strength.
With existence of sodium silicate, bonds of Si-O and Al-O of the major component SiO2 and Al2O3 were broken and rejoined into three-dimensional aluminosilicate gel which properties are analogous to natural zeolite mineral.

Essential properties of HSM and its technical requirements on the CAD/CAM system are summarized.
This paper introduces the essential properties of HSM and its technical requirements on the CAD/CAM system, the principles of HSM tool path generation, and the state of the art HSM strategies of CAD/CAM systems.
In addition to the suitable tool holder and optimized cutting parameters, another important factor is the tool path pattern.
With this type of tool path, there will be no lifting or downing motions on the milling path that may affect the surface quality.
