This micro-deposit constructed from polystyrene particles with a close-packed structure showed a characteristic optical absorption peak due to Bragg's law.
In these techniques, however, difficulties are often encountered in the fabrication of a nano- or micro-periodic structure [1-13].
Materials having such micro-periodic structures show very interesting optical characteristics which can be applied to next generation photonic devices [15-18].
It can be concluded that these micro-deposits obtained by the µ-EPD process have the almost perfect colloidal crystal structure (single domain) without any cracks.
The polystyrene particles were assembled into a close-packed structure fcc (face-centered cubic) with the (111) plane parallel to the surface of the substrate.

The structure and properties of PI fibers have been extensively studied by researchers [2–4].
To analyze the structure of the polyimide fiber, its cryo-cleavage in liquid nitrogen was made.
In this case, the fiber becomes round and dense with the presence of a finely porous structure.
The internal structure of the fiber is rather dense with the presence of fine porosity (Fig. 3 a).

Introduction Many scientists have dedicated their scientific researches to the problem of formation of physical and mechanical properties of secondary lining of underground structures [9], [10], [12], [16].
Laying the concrete mix in the secondary concrete lining of underground structures [6], [9], [14] can be carried out in two ways: • tiered, as delivery of the concrete mix in local vehicles.

The study begins with the molecular structure and properties of monomers about MEG.
Molecular structure and basic properties of the MEG Molecular structure.
The molecular structure is shown in Fig.1.
MEG and chitosan class (cellulose and starch) belong to ring type structure, the difference being that chitosan is ring-shaped molecular structure, while glycoside in MEG mother liquor is mostly ring monomer.

When compared with MoP(001) surface, the obvious differences in H2S decomposition arise demonstrate that the MoP-based catalysts are structure-sensitive.

Fig.2 The stable adsorption structures of intermediates involved in the adsorption and dissociation of H2S on MoP(010).
In the case of atomic H adsorption, two stable structures (short- and long-bridge) were also obtained.

China's marine industry structure has also undergone a considerable change.
Taking interspersed teaching of desalination as an example, this paper pointed out desalination, marine chemistry, marine bio-medicine, and many other areas of actual production could be interspersed in the actual teaching process, and the industries or companies which the students are familiar with or are able to perceive easily.

It is found that the deposits are composed of amorphous and nanocrystalline structure phases.
Compared the three apex of component diffraction, the deposit is constituted with the amorphous and nanocrystalline phase structure.
The amorphous structure is determined where 2θ≈51° in the deposit considering of the unique “steamed bun” peak from X-ray diffraction.
The molybdenum content of the deposit alloy is higher than 21.76wt% from EDAX in the alkaline carbonate solution with amorphous structure from X-ray diffraction.
From XRD analysis and distinguishing phase of alloys, it was found that the deposit formation structure is constructed with complicated configuration, such as tetrahedral and octahedral structures, which result in the structure in a higher microhardness.

Fractal dimension of aggregate gradation of asphalt mixture reflect the structure characteristics of aggregate distribution, that is, finer is aggregate, bigger is the fractal dimension.
Nowadays, the description of fractal set F from “The Geometry of Fractal Set” of Falconet is used to judge whether an object is fractal or not: F has refined structure .That is it is always having complex details at arbitrarily small size.
Divide the self-similar object in strict sense into N small ones, whose forms and sizes are in full accord ,and the line-size of each one is 1/r times of the original figure, here ,the fractal dimension D of the self-similar object is : (2) Particle size distribution of aggregates As a kind of typical chondrule ,aggregate present scattered grain structure. the concept of its structure consists of particle composition and the arrangement relationship between particle and each other .The complexity of granular aggregate structure lies in three aspects, that is, particles’ stochastic arrangement in space, porous structure caused by it and irregularity of the contact relationship among particles where, particle size distribution (i.e. grading of aggregate) is the basic factor of determining the structure of asphalt mixture ,and it is also the important factor of causing mechanics properties of different granular asphalt mixture
Quantitative description of aggregate gradation Through analysis, fractal dimension of aggregate gradation can reflect the structure characteristics of aggregate distribution.
Asphalt mixture is a composite system which has the heterogeneity, Multiphase (gas-phase, liquid-phase, solid) and multi-level of complex structure.

The work presents the effects of pseudoboehmite radiation in the structure of alumina.
The structure of pseudoboehmite is similar to the structure of boehmite.
Boehmite has the same structure as lepidocrocite (γ -FeO-(OH)).
According to Moroz et al [3], the changes in the local structure of layers of pseudoboehmite structure seem to be due the formation of new bonds between the molecules of water and ions of the layers.
