Due to its highly ordered porous structure, consisting of column form cells with uniformly sized pores, and could be controlled by changing anodizing parameters, such as electrolytes, anodizing voltage and temperature, so it could be used in gas separation systems, optoeclectronics [1], magnetic recording [2] and as templates for the synthesis of various membrane such as metal organic framework membrane [3].
This experimental procedure was the fabrication of PAAM and characterization of their structure by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM).

Solution chemistry greatly influences the formation of the oxide film.
As only a few published articles are available on the effect of solutions and their composition on the structure, thickness, and phases formed in the film on Mg-Zn alloys, this study is aimed to investigate the PEO treatment on ZM21 Mg alloy.
As the concentration increases pores opened to the surface becomes large; pancake structure which is a typical characteristic of plasma electrolytic oxidation is clearly seen.
The first one is the PEO film structure.

In view of the natural photosynthesis function of porphyrins, researchers have synthesized various porphyrin compounds with special structures as the sensitizers for DSCs [2].
The substituted μ-oxo-bis[tetra-phenylporphyrinatoiron] ([TRPPFe]2O) compounds constitute the π-conjugation and oxygen-bridge of the D-π-A structure, which absorbs light over the visible range and impacts on the interfacial back electron transfer reaction.
The structures of the four compounds were characterized by infrared (IR), ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy and elemental analysis.
