The PHP is made up of brass material with an inner diameter of 1.95mm, with a total length of 1150 mm for different fill ratios (FR) was employed .The PHP is tested for the thermal resistance and the heat transfer coefficient.
The experimental results on three turn closed loop PHP with brass material shows a better performance.

Materials and methods Reagents and instruments DDT standard reference material: authenticated by agro-environmental protection institute of MOA, concentration was 100μg/mL, solvent is n-hexane; petroleum ether 60-90℃ and acetone are analytically pure with distilled; concentrated sulfuric acid is guaranteed reagent; diatomaceous earth is analytically pure; anhydrous sodium carbonate is guaranteed reagent, and it is dried in the Muffle furnace for 4 h at 300˚C.
Quality assurance and quality control In this experiment, base on the standard addition, added the mix reference material 10μg/L 10ml to the samples, after 4 times the average recovery of parallel experiments is made.
