Safety is a prerequisite for chemical production of the chemical engineering, large quantities of safety resources should be invested into the chemical engineering for preventing accidents.
While many chemical raw products of the chemical engineering also are flammable, toxic, corrosive substances, so there are many danger or unsafe factors with the whole chemical engineering.
This paper will briefly discuss the innovation of advanced method for evaluating efficiency of safety resources based on information of accounting.
Requirement of Enlargement of Safety Resources in Chemical Engineering.
So the chemical engineering industry must develop persistently, steadily and healthily.

INTRODUCTION
Advanced high-strength steels (AHSS) find use in a wide range of industrial applications.
Their excellent mechanical properties allow the mass of the engineering parts made of them to be reduced.
Q&P process, an advanced heat treating technique, can be combined with unconventional forming procedures.
Further the research was supported from the project SGS-2013-028 „Support of students research activities in materials engineering field”.
Materials Science and Engineering A, January 2012, vol. 532, s. 585-592

Introduction At present, the determination of the resistant characteristics of a structure are considered of first attention in fields of application such as civil engineering, architecture, solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, among others [1].
The technological advance together with the computational development has allowed the solution of new problems, that is, the applications with respect to the numerical methods and their implementation in software allow to characterize the behavior of the different structures through their modelling [2].

Abstract: The microstructures and dielectric responses of calcium copper titanate (CCTO) ceramics
Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) (model: TM 3000) was used to observe the morphology of the samples while the phase formation of the pure sintered CCTO and CCTO-soda lime glass composites were analyzed by using X-ray Diffraction (XRD) (model: Bruker Advance D8).
