It is the key point for plastic gear replacing metal gear and own the same properties to improve properties of polymer materials and molding accuracy.
Experimental Procedure Analysis accuracy influence factors of injection molding gear in single cavity by CAE.
Selecting Cool+Flow+Pressure+Warp modular (CFW) analyse the affective factors of the molding accuracy.
Figure 7 is the warp result, which raise from some factors, and the (c) displays the shrinkage of material is the most primary factor.
After molding, some factors, such as ejection, deformation after demolding also need to consider.

A better understanding of the dynamic mechanical properties of the composite will help to define structure/property relationships as it is sensitive to internal structure and subsequently to relate these properties to the product final performance, Kaynak et al. [1996].
Khatibi et al. [2002] studied the existence of different interphases in the composites using DMA and found that cyclic loading affects the fibre-matrix interfacial properties in the composites.
Fouad et al. [2005] observed that pre-heat treatment process on UHMWPE strongly affects its mechanical and visco-elastic properties.
There are different parameters affecting the molecular motion within the matrix.

Effect of impurities on structures and properties of magnesium alloys.
Na and K can increase segregation and contraction of magnesium alloys, which decrease mechanical properties of magnesium alloys.
The characteristic of deformation process of wrought Mg sheet metal The mechanical properties of Mg sheet metal should meet the stipulations of GB/T5154-2003, which are the requirements.
Roller with a low temperature can decrease alloys' rolling property and influence the product's surface quality; Roller with ultra-high temperature will lead to un-homogeneity tissue, decreasing of mechanical property, rippled surface and sticking to rollers, all that can affect surface quality.
There are more factors affecting roll shape when rolling magnesium alloys.

Except mechanical, viscoelastic and thermo gravimetric properties, transport properties like electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and water transport properties were studied for the first time.
Here various factors such as concentration and aggregation of fillers, processing technique of composites and distribution of fillers in the matrix affect the electrical conductivity and percolation threshold of the composite.
Again some geometric factors like filler aspect ratio are the most important property to determine the percolation threshold.

Optimum powder factor ranges are a function of rock mass properties and desired fragmentation.
The investigation confirmed the impact of rock geo-mechanical properties on the powder factor, and our results verify that changes in the powder factor, in turn, impact excavation efficiency.
From the mixture of the results of the studies, the conclusion is that optimisation of the powder factor is one of the most important affectingfactors excavation performance.

Wood as a natural resource is subject to continuous degradation by means of different environmental agents, where fungal decay is one of the main factors affecting timber structure elements.
Introduction Wood is one of the oldest engineering materials; however, mechanical properties are strongly affected by its organic nature and its vulnerability to biotic agents.
In a consequence of such degradation significant changes within physical, mechanical and chemical properties occur.
In wood infested with brown-rot strength loss occurs faster than weight loss, which leads to greater effects on decreasing of mechanical properties (MOE, MOR) [2].
Wood used in historical constructions is more or less modified due to various and complex degradation factors, in many cases even not known for the researcher.

Studies were carried out on the effect of various solutions on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of steels of this type [7], and also investigated the effect of heat treatment on the properties of a number of materials in the manufacture of various products from austenitic and low-alloy strips [8, 9].
The aim of this work was to determine the main factors affecting the operational properties of FCE welded joints made of steels AISI 304 and AISI 316 types at the stage of their manufacture, as well as to improve the quality and durability of bellows at all stages of their life cycle.
In accordance with this, the study of the mechanical properties of welded joints made of austenitic steels of grades AISI 304 and AISI 316 after different welding modes was carried out.
Research of the influence of welding modes on the mechanical properties of welded samples from austenite steels N Steel type (AISI) Metal thickness, [mm] Welding parameters Max.
It has been established that a decrease in the mechanical properties of the weld metal and the heat-affected zone, in particular, their plastic characteristics, which occurs as a result of welding heating, can lead to the appearance of local damage to products at the manufacturing stage. 2.

UHPC’s resistance to wear and environmental factors enhances the longevity of the lathe bed.
These ingredients were carefully proportioned to achieve the desired mechanical properties and durability characteristic of UHPC.
Data on compressive strength, flexural strength, modulus of elasticity, and other relevant mechanical properties were collected systematically.
These properties are crucial in ensuring robust structural integrity, capable of withstanding high operational loads and environmental factors.
Conclusion The existing literature on machine tool housing materials indicates persistent challenges related to static, dynamic, and thermal behaviors, significantly affecting machining quality [7].
