However, it is hard to measure their precise shapes and mechanical factors.
Using these approximation, we can evaluate various properties of cracks.
In Fig. 3, b’ was defined as the length when stress intensity factors K at point D is the same as at D’.
Stress intensity factor range of a crack at notch root, ΔKnr was affected by a stress distribution of the notch.

Adjusted Partial Factors EN 1990 [8] provides the general guidelines for updating partial factors.
The Gamma distribution makes it possible to reflect the changes in the mechanical properties of steels and the variation of geometric dimensions of structural members.
The standards indicate lognormal, normal, or Weibull distributions as appropriate models for material properties [3, 8] while a normal distribution is commonly applied for dimensions.

From the perspective of the mechanical properties influencing surface roughness, the establishment of mechanical model of surface roughness in high-speed machining and the effective prediction of surface roughness will greatly reduce the cost of tests.
In addition, domestic and foreign scholars have taken the cutting speed, feed and back cutting depth and other cutting parameters into the main consideration in the study of the factors affecting surface roughness.
Therefore, the workpiece physical properties can’t be ignored in the surface roughness researches.
Otherwise, the remnant height is one of the main factors affecting surface roughness according to the roughness geometry definition.
It proves that the mechanical model can reveal the effect of the machined material physical properties on the surface roughness, especially the effects of the flow stress in the strong thermo-mechanical coupling of the cutting area.

The important characteristic of the aluminium cast iron is the indexes of mechanical properties, in particular, the tensile strength along with high heat resistance.
In this work the task was set at the investigating the mechanical properties of SHS aluminium cast iron to determine the effect on the strength of the factors characterizing the composition of the burden of the SHS process.
Copper also affects the morphology of the spherical shape of graphite inclusions, crushing them by restraining growth, which positively affects the mechanical properties of cast iron.

The efficiency of SHM systems is affected by important factors like the environmental and loading conditions, boundary conditions, and the structure of the real blade [23,24].
There are different factors which can significantly disturb the frequency estimates of the blade, like wind speed and temperature.
The material composition of the composite materials affects heavily the mechanical properties and the associated natural frequencies of the composite structure.

Mechanical properties of RAC The intensity of concrete includes compressive strength, tensile strength, proof-shearing strength, and the bond strength working together with reinforced, and so on.
Xu Wei [3] compared the influence in the mechanical properties as the different proportion of recycled aggregate at the same water-cement ratio by experiment, respectively at the proportion of 0, 30%, 50%, 70% and 100 %.
Meanwhile it points out some of the basic mechanical properties of ordinary concrete and the relationship between them does not apply to the recycled aggregate concrete, but the experiment did not make a note about the scope and regularity of the impact.
Recently, more researches are deepen home and aboard, and researches on its physical and mechanical properties, performance, mechanical properties and frost resistance, durability, make the engineering applications possible.
