Xiangtan Mn mining area After 88 years of mining from 1913 to 2001, mineral resources depleted, the rest is fragile geological structure and heavily polluted environment. 2011 the local government planed to conduct a comprehensive geological disaster remediation of existing terrestrial and wetland environments to conduct a comprehensive conservation and restoration.
The restoration project were faced with six mainly problems: (1)perennial acidic water; (2)serious pollution of heavy metals; (3)serious water and soil erosion; (4)the instability of the geological structure; (5)terrestrial surface surrounding Wetlands lack of soil, mainly Mn slag; (6) the highest temperate of the terrestrial surface Mn slag reaches up to 68℃ in summer.
System through the filler and plants physics, chemistry, biochemistry and other complex functional role to purify the water.

The efficiency of SCR denitrification is up to 80 ~ 90%, emission concentration of NOx can be reduced to less than 100mg / m³[6], no byproducts, no secondary pollution , simple in structure , and easy to maintain.

Existing researches on the absorbing properties of cement-based materials show that adding nano-materials can improve the performance of wave absorbing, 10-15mm thick samples made from cement mixed with nano-TiO2 powder were found very effective within 2-18GHz spectrum.[6-9] In this paper, the electromagnetic wave absorption performance of modified cement base material were studied, this research has important academic value in the development of large span structures’ camouflage technology, and improving stealth properties of concrete structures, etc.
