Key words: Al4SiC4; Microstructure; Phase
Abstract: In this paper, Al4SiC4 was synthesized by using flint, aluminum and carbon black as raw materials, and they mass ratio was 28:50:22.
Therefore, refractory industry has become focus on the function of materials.

Standard reference materials: cashmere was collected from Inner Mongolia, and fine wool with identical average diameter was brought from Shanghai First Top Textile Co.
The fiber blends were prepared by gravimetrically mixing two different materials (cashmere/wool) in the rations: 1:1.
The reference mixtures with different cashmere proportion (as describe in reference materials) were used to establish the standard curve.
Cashmere and wool blend were prepared by gravimetrically mixing two different materials (cashmere/wool) in the rations: 1:1.
