In general, there four effective ways to improve the performance of AZ91D alloy, such as refining structures, solid solution strengthening, dispersion strengthening and artificial aging conditions[4-5].
This study aimed to improve the hardness and corrosion resistance by setting up different temperature and time of heat treatment. 2 Experimental The experiment material was as-cast AZ91D magnesium alloy, and the chemistry components of the alloy were as follows: 9.120% A1, 0.560% Zn, 0.160% Mn, 0.020% Si, 0.0036% Cu, and balance Mg.
The size of β phases become larger, and β phases distribute uniformly. β-Mg17Al12 phases have the net structure which can improve the corrosion resisting of alloy.

Clay minerals like halloysite nanotube (Al2SiO5(OH)4 in 2H2O) have unique layered structures with good dispersion, high porosity, biocompatibility, absorbability, and specific surface area, making them suitable for various applications [1-10].
