Introduction
Rock mass is the aggregation of various mineral in the nature, and there are many discontinuities
found at all scales, from grain boundaries to joints and regional faults within it.
A number of experimental studies[1] and numerical methods[2,3,4] have been performed to investigate the failure process of rocks or rock-like materials.

Figure 3 shows a simulation result of dendritic growth, grain selection,
and peritectic formation of austenite from primary ferrite and liquid during directional solidification
for a ternary Fe-C-Mn alloy.
It should be mentioned that in microstructure modeling, if phase equilibrium calculations are needed, various measures limiting number of such calculation can be taken in order to improve the computational efficiency.

However, even thus initial cast morphology is sound, high temperature
component like turbine blade will end up to form creep vacancy and coarsened phase in grain
boundary due to longer expose to high temperature.
Size and number of pore is a little bit decreased while comparing to casting, but it is determined that there is no significant difference with consideration of difference in morphology by specimen and location.

Mechanical factor is a removal machining with the polishing grain within slurry.
This design led to investigating the effects of three factors in a single block of 15 sets of test conditions and 3 central points and this design minimizes the number of factor combinations required to evaluate the effects of three factors on a response.

Origin, principle and application of cumulative extrusion severe plastic deformation method
Cumulative extrusion severe plastic deformation method is based on Refinement of Grains by processing cold-rolled and cold-drawed.In recent years, with the development of nano-materials,large volume nano-materials is studied to get high-performance and widely application.
It has a great effect on particle distribution or the number of distribution in per unit area (volume), for the larger size of particle ,the less distribution.
