Three stages of the vulcanizing process expand our knowledge for EUG from the sole use material to three kinds of different materials.
After the process of vulcanizing it can form three kinds of materials: the thermoplastic material, the thermo-elastic material and the rubber-elastic material.
All of the three kinds of materials have the history of having been used as the modifier, and the different type of modifier has dissimilar improvement function to the asphalt performance.

While an earthquake takes place, emergency relief goods and materials must be transported to disaster areas as soon as possible to minimize the economy losses and casualties, which means that large amounts of relief goods and materials collected from all over the country need to be dispensed into disaster areas through the destructed routes in a short time.
Problem Description In China, organization of dispatching and transporting activities for natural disaster relief goods and materials has been in charged by government all along.
While catastrophic and widespread natural disasters happen, most of relief goods and materials, especially for the firstlings, comes from the state reserve system of rescue goods and materials which has been constructed all over the country since late 1990s.
