Therefore the research in tribological properties of new wear resistant composites material is such a significant subject that it attracts a considerable and permanent concern among the researchers dedicated in material science and engineering all over the world [2-7].
Hence, the adhesion of materials is retarded along with reduction in friction coefficient.
(2) Wearing test showed that the graphite/aluminium composite materials presented a higher self-lubricating performance comparing with Al alloy.

For difficult-to-cut materials, Nath and Rahman proposed ultrasonic-vibration-assisted machining as an efficient cutting method, to reduce the cutting force, suppress tool wear, and ensure tool life and surface quality [2].
Several researchers [3, 4] have experimentally shown that ultrasonic-vibration-assisted machining improves the machinability of several materials, such as aluminum alloys, Inconel, and composite materials.
Neugebauer et al. reported that ultrasonic-vibration-assisted cutting can extend tool life because the fracturing effect reduces the cutting force while drilling hard and brittle materials such as glass and ceramics [5].

Introduction With the development of modern pharmaceutical, microelectronics, polymer materials, particle detection, analysis and control in liquid are more and more important.
In the micro-nano materials field, "functional sphere", which size is generally 0.01 ~ 300μm range, is attracting more and more attention.
