Introduction
The dynamic development of the industrial economy makes it necessary to find much better and advanced engineering materials able to meet the new demands [1-5].
Research is being conducted designed to improve mechanical and functional properties for all group engineering materials.
The laser radiation is also very often used for improvement of mechanical and tribological properties different engineering materials [8-11].

It is because the ceramic SiC particles are non-conductive and their deposition in pores of bamboo charcoal surface will form a ceramic insulation layer, which would slow down electrophoresis, and in turn undermine the bonding of the SiC particles to the electrode.

Thus, piezoelectric precise driving technology has become a hotspot of research in both domestic and international technology field.
This device achieved the goals of long range, bi-contact surface driving, and is quite applicable in accurate movement, precise positioning and other precision engineering.
The reasons which trigger these facts do not match the theory are the unsymmetrical, machining error, piezoelectric ceramics pasting error, difference of the physical and mechanical properties of the material.
Provide theoretical reference for long ring standing wave linear motor engineering.
