OPC UA client has user interface which can display real-time data.

In order to improve the overall efficiency of energy utilization in silicon smelting furnace, a technology solution to recover the furnace radiant heat and exhaust energy was described in this paper; and based on the operation data of a 3200 KV·A industrial silicon smelting furnace, a 400 kW steam turbine generator unit was designed, and the economic benefit from the technology solution was also analyzed.
The results show that this technology solution brings a remarkable performances of energy saving and emission reduction: about 14% of the supplying energy could be recovered; the investment payback period is between two and three years, the economic benefit from the technology solution would reach 4.72 million yuan in ten years.
Industrial statistic data show that in most Chinese silicon manufacture companies, the average power consumption of silicon production per ton is over 13000 KWh, much higher than 11000 KWh in the advanced foreign companies.
During smelting process, it would generate high-power electric arc which cause the reduction reaction between the carbon and silicon dioxide, and the flue gas produced from the reduction reaction should be emitted freely so as to release the furnace’s pressure and decrease the electrode’s temperature.
With the application of waste energy recovery system, energy saving and emission reduction would be achieved greatly: about 14% of the supplying energy would be recovered; the investment payback period is between two and three years, the economic benefit from the technology solution would reach 4.72 million yuan in ten years.

To meet the sectional lamps management requirement, software of SDACS provides functions of real-time data acquisition, basic data stat and analysis, lamps control and data output as shown in Fig 4.

In order to avoid the orientation noise,
misorientations below 2° were not considered in the data post processing procedure.

This technology has be applied at No.2 blast furnace for a long time in Russia RPA Toulachermet; Production data show that the coke ratio of blast furnace can reduce by 28.5%, and increase 27.3%.
This direct reduction technology use the matural gas as heat source and reducing agent, and it is one of two main types of direct reduction technology.

Then, variable precision rough set model is proposed by Ziarko in 1993 [6].The model has certain fault-tolerant ability, and it is mainly used for solving classification problem of incomplete data.
So, initial multi-features set is in need of reduction.
The reduction set could be defined as follow.
The running speed is increased, and it is also able to guarantee that the feature attributes reduction set is the minimal reduction asked for.

A slit die connected with gear pump and data Acquisition system designed by ourselves[8] were used to in-line measure the viscosity of polymer/CO2 solutions.
2.3 PPO/POE-g-MAH Blending assisting with SCCO2
PPO resins were premixed with 5,10,15wt% POE-g-MAH and a little amount of antioxidant.
A reduction of shear viscosity was observed by dissolving CO2 into the polymers.
