Most stacking faults yielded ~40% reduction in the carrier lifetime.
Moreover, drastic lifetime reductions were observed in regions containing surface triangular defects and bulk 3C polytype inclusions.
Available experimental data regarding electrical activity of threading screw and edge dislocations in SiC material suggests that these defects have different effects on bipolar and unipolar device performance [6, 7] and on radiative recombination properties [8].
The carrier lifetime in the region near several defects of each type was probed in order to provide reliable data.
Most SFs showed ~40% reduction in the carrier lifetime, while large lifetime reductions were found from regions containing surface triangular defects and volume 3C polytype inclusions.

The obtained results will allow the reduction in the number of real experiments in the creation of new materials with required properties.
The diffusion processes of iron and nickel were studied on modeling the couples Fe-Ni and Fe-NiO after a reduction anneal and sintering.
The distribution of nickel concentration in the diffusion zones of Fe-Ni and Fe-NiO according to the МРСА data is shown in Fig. 2.
It is possible to explain this fact by the raised deficiency of nickel structure after reduction that is checked out by data from the X-ray analysis.
On experimental data of the distribution of the elements concentration the mutual diffusion coefficients in the phases formed in the diffusion zone have been calculated.

However, some performance requirements lack previous examples, data, etc., so the objective and comprehensive standard setting was insufficient.
It is necessary to accumulate data through tests and constant monitoring of construction examples and carry out an additional study for preparation of objective and synthetic performance guidelines for efficient management of construction targets in the future.

The results showed reduction in the number of bubbles (as well as in void content) at frequencies between 10Hz and 50Hz for 30 minutes of vibrations.
After counting voids all data was categorized into 4 groups, depending on the size (radius) of the bubble cross-section.
Once again this showed no significant improvement in void reduction; see Fig. 2 (right).
The results presented in this paper show reduction in the number of bubbles (50-500 µm) at frequencies between 10Hz and 50Hz for 30 minutes.
The mechanical data acquisition and development program is continuing and further work on the vibration parameters and theirs impact on the process will be reported in our next publication.

Hence, linear least square fitting is used for the data of coincidence part.
With the fitted data as standard, the second section data is taked translation and rotation transformation to fit the two section data.
The three times measurements result are fitted to one data according to the section splicing measurement, then compared the data above with the one time measurement results.
For fitting evaluation method, because this method is fitting the coincidence part of the two section data, so it can close to the curve of the overall trend maximum; Another method is curvature comparison method, the curvature is bending degree of curve each point, so the curved line is made up of the point closed to curve the overall trend, and has a better error reduction.
