Figure 1 shows the crystal structure of YBCO6 at the room temperature.
The AF spin structure determined from neutron scattering is also shown in Fig. 1 [5].
Crystal structure of YBa2Cu3O6 (YBCO6) and the red arrows represent the spin structure which was suggested from the neutron scattering experiment.
The crystal structure of YBCO6 was set to be tetragonal with the space group P4/mmm.
We calculated DOS and the band structure by changing the value of U.

The unit cell structure has orthorhombic structure with space group Pmmm, consisting of two alternating layers of CuO4 plane.
This unit cell is basis structure to form the 2×2×1 supercell structure.
All structures were optimized with energy convergence criterion of 10-4 eV.

Lithography forms the structures shown by the polarization microscope insert.
The combination of self-organization and lithography is an example of bottom-up, top-down structuring technology.
We heated the sample in the dark to 140°C, and although some minor structure formation was visible, the strain is about 2%, the formed surface structures were much smaller than obtained by the photo-responsive effect.
Conclusions In-situ photopolymerization of reactive liquid crystal enables structuring on various length scales.

The XRD and SEM results indicated that the structure and morphology of Cu-SAPO-34/cordierite monolithic catalyst kept in good condition after aging.
The structure and crystallinity degree of two kinds of samples, including fresh and aged monolithic catalysts and fresh powder, were examined by XRD analysis method.
It was shown that the aging treatment has ill effect on the structure of the samples, and the adverse influence on the Cu-SAPO-34/cordierite(C) was more obvious.
However, the structure and morphology of the catalyst with ultrasonic treatment were unchangeable, indicating that the ultrasonic irradiation could improve the ability of resisting aging treatment.

The undoped synthesized NBM sample and 1.0 mol% Eu3+ doped phosphor were characterized to explore crystal structure, morphology, photoluminescence (PL) and colorimetric properties using various characterization techniques.
In the present work, solid state reaction route has been followed to synthesize NaBi(MoO4)2: Eu3+ phosphor and investigated the crystal structure, morphology, optical band gap and photoluminescence properties in detail.
Characterization techniques The Crystal structure has been examined using Bruker (D8 Advance) X-ray diffractometer.
Pure tetragonal scheelite structure has been obtained and confirmed phase purity by comparing the diffraction pattern with the standard JCPDS (card no. 79-2240) pattern.

The high temperatures and huge heat release in SHS process allow to achieve the effective synthesis, sintering and structure formation of refractory compounds, such as corundum, mullite-corundum, spineles, carbides, and others.
It has earlier been determined that thermo-catalytic pyrolysis of hydrocarbons on mineral feedstock leads to the formation of carbon fibres of various morphology and structure and with typical properties and physical-mechanical parameters.

Therefore, the content of Ni should be carefully designed based on the content of Al, Cr and other minor ferritic forming elements to obtain a necessary single γ phase structure.
The addition of Cu can not only stabilize the austenitic phase but also can act as a L12 structure stabilizer [17].
There are two important factors for the corrosion resistance of AFA alloys in supercritical water or liquid lead, the chemistry control of the corrosive medium and the composition design of AFA alloys.
In case of chemistry control of the corrosive medium, a very important necessary is to ensure information of protective alumina scale.

Geopolymer concrete use in industry and research is consistently growing, particularly for chemical resistant structures to increase the range of applications.
Therefore, Geopolymer concrete's chemistry and microstructure are pretty complicated and even now a topic of research.
In contrast, the chemistry, structure and chemical composition of cement is well developed by intensive research performed over more than a century.
